From what I can tell, the one RangerCrew purchased was just an incorrect card variant, the fandom ran with the picture and thought that Bandai had messed up every Wild Force set.

Nope, well no Female Rangers yet, the Mystic Force set includes a Mystic Force Yellow key though.
