If fact, the solution is so easy -- and they seemingly went to such great lengths to insert the Gaorangers into the earlier shots (which is why it's so baffling that this shot is included) -- that I have to wonder if the editor left it in as a buried Easter egg.

Is it though? For such a brief and completely irrelevant moment it doesn't seem worth fiddling with, whether they cover it with CGI, reshoot it or just take it out all together. I'm gonna bet millions out there won't even notice.

The Dairangers? Yeah, they need fixing. Car zord? Fix it. Zords on an iPad? Fix it. Complete disconnect between Noah and the sentai footage? Fix it. Using TVN subs? Fix it. But this is just so worthless, people are defending the tumours and hating on the zits.

I've already made my points on the Dino Supercharge thread that I don't care whether Saban screwed up and they suck or not. I'm a devoted Power Rangers fan, have been since Day One, and I'm gonna stay one, through the good times and bad, and I don't care. If they wanna keep the Sentai-exclusive Rangers in Super Megaforce, I'm OK with that. In fact, I think it's cool 'cause it gives the younger audience a chance to learn about the Rangers before MMPR, plus we may see them again in the Legend War.

In closing: STOP RUINING IT FOR US HARDCORE FANS, PLEASE!!!!!

Like I said, I don't give a shit about any of the team inclusions or lack thereof. And the fan hypocrisy sounds annoying. But whatever, that's not the point I'm trying to make.

The answer is a resounding yes. It is an incredibly easy fix. You just cut the shot entirely and have a tighter scene as a fringe benefit. They already massively reedited the sequence -- why keep that one extraneous shot in?

Listen, this isn't a YouTube compilation video. Someone got paid lots of money to edit this! As such, it's not unreasonable for a fan to expect a professional product, not an amateurish, tossed off hack-a-thon. Especially considering the lengths to which the rest of the production team went to include the Gaorangers in every shot leading up to it.

Regardless of what I think about the show's quality (baaaaaaaad), it's soooo wacky that they left this shot in.

Although biggest surprise for me was watching In Space. Although they put in WAY more effort, the editing in that show is ATROCIOUS. You think this Pink Ranger thing is bad? Good lordy Lord, the editing was so poor in In Space I couldn't even stomach the first ten episodes. It was exactly the same with MMPR, Lost Galaxy etc

I agree it's rather bizarre. This is nothing compared to the Dairangers. It's so beyond minor it's insane, Saban does a lot of crap, but I wouldn't count this among it.

I'm more interested in how they're going to safely land. There's really only one flying team in all of Power Rangers/Super Sentai unless we get something like In Space board footage, which I think'd be cool.

I don't understand the hate for leaving a microsecond of footage in that you can't even notice unless you're looking for it. Like others said - it's not the blatant "NEW POWERS" cop-out ... it's just cheap editing. Until Samurai came out, cheap editing was what Saban was known for :)
