That sucks, hopefully the restock comes soon. Have you heard anything about hlj giving us the ex-aid eyecon or not? I know they never answered on Twitter, they kept telling people to message them directly on their site but I was too lazy to ever do that.

I'm not sure, I heard that HLJ is pretty on and off with campaign items but they might. I know that they did do the special max flare shift car bonus that you got if you bought the drive driver when it first released so maybe.

I didn't get a payment request for the Driver either, and I thought I ordered pretty damn early too. Irritating. I can deal with no Eyecon, but this makes me really nervous for the Genm Gashat.

I got the Gamer Driver without a hitch from HLJ. But I have no idea if it will come with the Ex-Aid Eyecon. I'm not holding my breath on that, I'm still upset at them over the Proto-Drive Shift Car. I emailed them and they said they hadn't decided how they would distribute them. They also said that they didn't receive enough to include with ever Gamer Driver they had stock for. So first come first served I guess.

Egh...I'm not interested in the Eyecon, but if they're not getting that many of the campaign items that definitely makes me concerned about the PMAX Gashat. The only possible scenario I can envision in which I buy a Gamer Driver at asking price is if I'm also getting PMAX, and if I get one just to find out when I get it that I ran out of luck I'm gonna be kinda pissed.

I understand why they'd do it in a "first come first serve" basis, but I do not know how that would even work with PMAX. It'd be something if it just came with the purchase of one specific item that comes out just as the campaign starts, like its happening with the Eyecon, but 5 different items qualify for PMAX and four of them come out before the campaign actually starts...so...what's it going to be? I assume the Bugvisor is going to come out at the same time that it starts, so preordering it may be the only way to "come first", and if you try the others you're SOL. Bleh.

Shit is gonna be tedious and complicated. Why couldn't they just throw it in with the Bugvisor...?

Eh. I do not actually feel like getting the Bugvisor just for the Gashat though, even if that's gonna be the easiest way. Then again, kinda implied that it's gonna be GENM's belt for its second quarter upgrade so...maybe it'll be more worth it later? I guess I'll have to see. See and hope even if I can't get it from HLJ maybe it won't have ludicrous prices in the aftermarket.

Do you know when you ordered yours? I put my pre-order in back in mid August. I'm kind of curious if they actually do fulfill orders in order of the time they were ordered. I've had some real bad luck with HLJ and pre-orders ever since OOO.

I got my order in on August 2nd. You have to be really quick to have a high probability of getting your order filled on release. I check on a daily basis. I've been burned a couple times on preorders too, but that hasn't happened to me in a while.

That figure has a very Transformers pretenders vibe from it with the shell and all. Anyone with me?

So it does at least seem they do it by order date. That's a lot nicer than how they did it back in 2010 before the Private Warehouse days. I remember you had to manually go into your orders and request a payment request if you wanted your pre-order filled before everyone else. It was a madhouse.

That sounds awful. The system they use now seems pretty streamlined. I also use a PayPal billing agreement, so they charge me for the order right away, without me having to pay manually after getting a payment request. It just makes the whole process much faster and easier.
