This looks not great. I like that the Megazord is actually robot-shaped with proportions and contours, but the fact that it’s just the T-Rex alone and the other Zords are just armour is really boring. Also the T. Rex mode and aux Zords look awful. The LEGO block thing is also dumb because it runs against the designs. It looks out of place.

Maybe humanoid robots....mythical beasts.....not more dinos

I hope they add more Pre-Historic Animals in Ryuusouger, like the Sabertooth Tiger Green.

Looking over the designs, really like the execution of it all.

"Thunder lizard Knights" is a really neat idea. Really can't wait to see what the extra Ranger is like.

And this new connector system I think has some massive potential. That's definitely something that needs to stick around.

Extra funny when you compare it to Zi-O that seemingly has peg connectors on his arms, shoulders, and knees. xD

I think Toei/BoJ is messing with people on the design stuff rather intentionally, but the interaction of the toys to material has some great potential fun to it.

And let's face it, there's a reason that's a "toy staple" itself now anyway.

Kinda disappointed we didn't get knights and dragons but I'm excited for Dino's. I like the suits but I don't know how I feel about the helmets yet.. the mechanic seem pretty nice but the Lego thing is kinda weird. Kinda want to see clearer scans

I would say Sentai is "suffering". It hasn't hit sales projections for four years in a row. LuPat will almost definitely be the least successful Sentai toy line ever. I don't know why people ignore these things and say everything is fine.

These reveals are pretty much all in line with what that leaker claimed, so I think it's foolhardy to simply ignore it. Not saying go and believe everything you see, but the person provided some proof that they're at least somewhat in the know by giving release dates, showing screenshots early, and revealing LuPat vs Kyu before it happened, with story summary and brand new pictures as well.

The Kamen Rider leaks they provided were supoer mild - Zi-O will have an extra movie, Odagiri won't be in Zi-O, Masahiro Inoue would appear in Zi-O. It doesn't really make sense to leak pictures, release dates, and summaries, post fairly generic Kamen Rider information, and then specifically troll Sentai fans.

I think there is something to them claiming Ryuusouger could be the last Sentai for now if it doesn't succeed. You can't deny that Sentai has not met sales projections for the last 4 years. Even though ToQger did well, Bandai had to adjust it down and we all know how bad LuPat is ending up to be. Ultraman of all things has beat Sentai a couple of quarters over the last few years.

Ryuusouger is a strong indictment of the state of Sentai at the moment. It's harping on age old stables that have always done well, but it such a design by committee manner that trumps other Sentai, very little room is left for creativity. From the suits being dinosaur Dekarangers with Kyouryuger colors, to the solo red mecha format (which worked well for Dairanger and was the best selling aspect of Go-Busters), it all feels safe. As a toy line, there isn't a ton of room for creativity here and I think the strength of the series will be the series itself, if done well.

Bandai has ownership stakes in Toei and the Sentai brand, so Toei literally can't use any other manufacturer less they buy out Bandai's shares, which probably won't happen.

I'm talking about the mecha design. They've been conceptually boring for awhile now. I get the impression Plex is in a rut. Everything they've been doing as of late, has been exceedingly simplistic. Instead of transforming, most of them simply have you remove parts, and put them somewhere else. I'm still going to give this one a fair shot. I'll at least grab the first candy toy set. I have a feeling it's going to be just like Lupinranger and Kyuranger. It'll have an alright idea, that it does absolutely nothing with. It'll just keep doing the exact same thing over and over.

That's not what I said. I meant Hasbro needs to get involved as soon as possible.
