Eeyup, that's totally my favorite part of the game, though it confuses me that Sora was trying to make Tron remember him when the Tron he knows is a clone of the Tron in KH3D.

I also don't follow...which Tron is the clone? Did they say that he wa in 3D? Because I don't remember him ever saying that in 2 (I've yet to play 3D as I don't have a 3DS :()

It's a bit of a spoiler but in 3D one of the villains says that the Tron world in 2 in a copy of the data from the one in 3D.

Star Ocean 4: 2 hours in, got the first boss Achievement and started some quests.

When you said it was a Star Ocean game and then said "2 hours in',I started laughing.Their games are long as hell.lol

Well I just got it, and I am a veteran of the franchise.

Finished Assassin's Creed 3 today. Not as good as Brotherhood, but I think it just edges out 2 as my second favorite. I'm curious to see where the framing story goes in Black Flag. It's going to be weird having to actually wait for the next game to come out.

Dusted off my copy of Mario Kart 7 and played it all day, i don't know where i got the idea to play it, i was just in the mood i guess. For some reason playing as Peach is more comfortable than playing as Yoshi who is my main in the other Mario kart games.

Well, Persona 4 has completely engulfed my life at this point. I'm at Shadow Mitsuo, so I'm grinding Black Frost for Agidyne or whatever it's called. I'm cheap.

I didn't think many people play as Peach, although I do like her quite a bit.

Now I'm playing Knights of the Old Republic for the iPad, which I must say is the most impressive port I've seen yet on any mobile device. It's a perfect rendition of the game I loved nearly a decade ago and it's amazing. If anyone is looking for a refreshing RPG experience on the iPad, there is literally no better game worth your money.

But...Black Frost is ice...how can he learn Agidyne?

Just got the 2 Legend of Zelda Oracle games over the weekend, so I'll be playing those for a while :D

Are you thinking of Jack Frost? Black is a five-part fusion which uses both Jack Frost and Pyro Jack, and he drains both fire and ice.

Sat and played through all of injustice story mode yesterday. I suck at fighters, but it was still kinda fun and definitely a great story. Can't see me doing anything else on it though, so I'll probably trade it in, should of rented it really. Hey ho.

Star Ocean 4: 14 hours in, just landed on Roak. I thought the planet sounded familiar, and sure enough it's from the first game.

DC Universe Online has been getting on my nerves for a while. First it's the Rock-Paper-Series way it handles attacks. Blocks can be broken by Charged Range, Charged Range can be interupted by Charged Melee, and Charged Melee can be overturned by Blocks. And Blocks are complete 360. So you can't even flank an opponent. And since combos can't be interupted, if the NPC or PVP player bloks mid-combo you're flat on your ass. Then we get to the locks. The level cap is 30, and once you reach 30 you can do different Solo Missions, Duo Missions, Raids, and Alerts based on your Combat Rating which is based off your best Armor and Weaponry. But you can only do them once a week, because they're Loot Locked once you do them. So after you do them (Which takes about nine hours), you're stuck killing time for a damn week until they unlock. And then we get to the PVP BS. Which also Loot Lock once a week. Used to be when you did PVP Legends or PVP Battles (Which are usually King of the Hill or Deathmatch)and you defeated another player you got Influence. (usually 35 points or so). And you could save them for special PVP Armor and Weapons which helped booster you CR (Combat Rating) a little, so you could eventually earn a higher Teir armor. And when you lost a battl completely you got a couple marks to spend. Now though when you lose, guess what? SOL buddy! And no more Influence either. Making it harder to earn anything. And making it take longer since everything weekly loot locks! The whole thing is just frustrating as hell.

I've been playing more Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom since I made an online friend who loves playing it.

It's fun. He really hates it when I play Taskmaster :p

And i've somehow made Peach my main character in Mario Kart 7.

Second disc of Star Ocean 4; aside from some awful voice acting, enjoying it.

I'm at the end of disc 2 now, but I decided to do the Coliseum now so I don't have to disc swap later.

Been playing Dual Strike, man this game is hard.

Bah. I screwed up and got a neutral ending in Persona 4. All the more reason to start again. (That, and my courage wasn't high enough to max out Naoto's Social Link.)

So, I love life sim games, is Animal Crossing worth finally getting a 3DS for?

Unless you're a stickler for more of the same kinds of first-party games that we've been getting for a while, I'd hold off on a 3DS, given how little promise it holds for the future after this E3 and its current lack of third party support. It seems a lot of people disagree with me, but I'm having a very hard time trying to justify my purchase as anything more than a prettier DSi.

I only bought my 3DS XL for Pokémon X & Y. I've never owned a DS before so I assumed there'd be enough DS games in the back catalogue to keep me occupied until those games were released but there is surprisingly little I care about.

I mean I love RPGs but that isn't really all I want to play and other than various forms of RPG there is...Advance Wars?

Well, I've already decided to get a 3DS for Pokémon X and Y. Pokémon has always been the singular reason to get Nintendo handhelds for me.

Now the remaining question is whether I should get it earlier to play Animal Crossing or wait until October for Pokémon.

So all of this talk about justifying my 3DS got me to buy Dream Drop Distance today. I've never fully played a Kingdom Hearts game, but it has TWEWY characters and the demo was fun, so let's see how this goes.

No no, I'm not that terrible. I got the good/neutral ending (left Namatame for the police but didn't catch Adachi). But I did realize that I saved right before that scene, so I can still do the true ending. I'll do that before Arena comes in the mail.
