Trust me, Gokaiger love has nothing to do with voting for an emotionless robot like Troy. In fact I have no idea why anyone is voting for him.

Because Troy isn't being voted on. They aren't showing pictures of the actors, or saying rate his performance, it's going purely on suits. And a lot of newer fans don't remember Ninja Storm or remember it.

Yeah but that's beside the point. The votes are meant to be based on what ranger is more deserving of a ranger key. In SMF Red's case there are 2 or 3 versions of that key already. The votes for him, if half the people/kids out there doing the voting understood how this is supposed to work, wouldn't even be there. It baffles me why people keep voting for characters that either already have keys or are like 99% sure to have one.

Yeah, but those percentages aren't accurate to how many representatives of the series are in the Morphin Madness, so they're not a great indicator. MightY Morphin (7) and Ninja Storm (6) have significantly more chances to get votes then many over seasons, compared to say Lost Galaxy that has 4, Operation Overdrive with 2 or Alien Rangers with 1.

The wave of approval for Carter is an incredibly recent development, so many quote-unquote old school PR fans who won't rewatch LS might still see Carter as the OG "Boring as Cardboard" ranger.

Carter is awesome, but for the longest time, he had the stigma of being one of the more boring rangers of the franchise.
I think what helped get him out of that lull was a combination of the series being far more accessible (The DVDs and Netflix) and Linkara's HoPR providing clips of him being awesome :lol

Well if you can read, there is information on every Ranger on every card. So if you didn't remember them then you could read up on them and vote that way.

Good! Ryan pulled ahead a tad further and is beating Wolf Warrior by a good few hundred votes. Hopefully it stays that way over the weekend.

Titanium is still ahead by about 800 votes this morning. Phantom's ahead by about 1100 and, strangely, Lauren (Samurai Red) seems to have had a vote surge since I voted yesterday. She's still losing, but it isn't as bad as it was. Poor Operation Overdrive Red has the lowest votes of anyone, I think.

Damn it all. Titanium is only winning by a few hundred now. Keep it up people! Vote Titanium Ranger, it's the only way a key for him will ever be made! They threw us a bone by including him in the poll in the first place. Now let's make it happen!
