Near his right arm it's written "like ToQ changer", then having an arrow point to his right forearm with a gadget. So it looks like the belt doesn't have the gimmick, but his wrist.

On HJU someone mentioned that the guy who made the sketch said that the Brace and Belt would interact with each other through infrared.

Ya and on the right side of his belt has a similar thing to the wrist. It's on like the strap portion.

What I´m curious about is when bandai feels the need to do the same thing ToQGer does for Rider does that mean the ToQGer toys are selling well?

I remember that the Go-Onger toy sold pretty well back in the day and the following year Bandai used the same gimmick in Kamen Rider Double.

What's the R stand for?

It's all driven by PLEX nowadays.

ToQger stuff is selling ok but its selling less than Kyoryuger did at this time last year according to the last report.

Rider and Sentai are always competing against one another. Im sure bandai would like to have them both sell really high but lately its normally kamen rider as top dog with sentai trailing behind.

hell i think even precure is catching up to sentai these days.

It's funny because although Kamen Rider is obviously gimmick driven, I'd always figure sentai would do better in sales since they had giant robots which I thought would sell much more readily than plastic locks with fruit on them.

Maybe the Locks are cheaper, and the giant robots are too expensive.

Rider is also the toyline that sells better with collectors. The thing with Rider is that the gimmicks are almost always alot more fun than the ones in sentai. The Rider toys are incredibly engineered.

Just take the wizard rings that activate a scanner in the belt and weapons PLUS the scanner powers a led inside the rings that makes them glow without using a battery.

Same with the Lock Seeds. The Toys are incredible in the way the sound interact with the sounds inside the belt and the weapons. Also the Rider Lock Seeds are full with unique sounds that pay hommage to the older henshin items.
