I came to a decision tonight. I'll forgive using the Gokaiger suits, I'll forgive using Gokai-Oh, I'll forgive ditching Goseiger completely. If, and only if, Saban does something we would all give anything for.

The American Mobirates must be voiced by Tomokazu Seki. I would love to tune in and hear "Miiiiighty Morphin'!" or "Meeeeeestic Force!" or even "Operation Oooooooverdrive!" coming from the Pirate Morpher.

Saban, I am begging you. Endear yourself to the fans forever. Please let Tomokazu Seki voice the American Mobirates.

I;m so used to Tomokazu Seki voice in gokaiger that I just some times say that stuff out loud...I even dislike Gosei epic "SUMMON BATTLE GEAR/ZORDS" because I'm used to..."GIIIIIINNNGGGGGAAA MANNN!!!" Or "JETTTTTMMMMAANNN"...And the best "FIIIINNNAALL WAVVVEEE!!!!".

They better keep that for MF S2. I loved hearing that.

Why does the suit actor for specifically Wild Force Black need to be given a bird's eye view of what is presumably the set? Why Black? Why Wild Force? What are they LOOKING AT?

My first guess would be that Gokai Change is kept and they need to reshoot a ton of footage to replace pre-PR rangers with PR rangers.

Impossibru. Even if you know what the announcer is saying, it's so hard to understand it. It's long, drawn out, and well, showy. That's what Gokaiger is.

I'm sure it'll be easier to understand and probably not so shouty, a la the Gosei Morpher.

Though I don't hate Gosei bland but yet epic voice it'll be neat for something cool like "FINAAALLL WAAAVVEE" to be put in...That would make my day..Still This gotta makes you wonder how Go-buster "IT'S MOPRHIN TIME" sound will be adapted into the next series of Power Rangers.

They will probably use "It's morphin time!" in every series here on out. One of those "becomes a staple" thing.

As long as that's the "Hey, we need our suits and weapons for this situation, let's summon them" and not the "Morph Activation" phrase that should not be "Go Go Team Name," I'm good.

Wouldn't that be really weird? How would Megaforce Black suddenly turn Green in Super Mode?

Do you know what might make this make a lot more sense to me? If the entire Gokaiger team are the Aka Red of Power Rangers. Not saying they deserve it (because I'd rather see an established Power Rangers character have that role) but it'd be easier to explain the Megaforce rangers taking on their powers and being able to transform into the other teams.

Maybe going from black to green will be in honor of the lost Green Megaforce Ranger that gets killed in combat saving Megaforce Black from an attack by the Zangyack... eating a Big Mac for a snack from his back pack by the train tracks?!

Actually...that is perfect. Make them the preeminent mysterious Mentor Rangers. After all, AkaRed was a pirate (if in name only) himself. That way the Megaforce Rangers can inherit their powers and explain away any problems.

It's such a good idea that I think this might just be it!

Then Tommy could train then on their new powers as Aka Red! :D

It is shown that any Gokaiger can go any colour, so I guess they just went with it.

Actually, there whole reason Green could become Black Rangers was because of the counterpart set up. Green would go to Green, but if there wasn't a Green, he'd be Black.

You know what just hit me, right now, this very moment? Samurai made a huge deal about the Mega Modes they took when using the Folding Zords. They even made an American Only Cockpit for the things, and an American Only Shogun Mode. yet in Megaforce.. Nothing.

Saban, did we get lazy?

From what I gather, the Mega Mode suits had already been made in toy form before Samurai was made so rather than make them a toy-only thing, they were implemented into the show.

As for the cockpit, it was done in Samurai to make them look less inherently Japanese. Doesn't really need to be done for the Goseiger ones.

So it was done for no reason? The cockpit in Shinkenger looks so much better than the one we got. Plain white with gray. It was like a cockpit made of milktoast.

I just explained the reason to you :eyebrow new cockpit footage to accommodate the Mega Mode suits and presumably make it a bit more generic and less like a traditional Japanese room.

I also have no idea what you're arguing now. First you call Saban lazy for not changing the Megaforce cockpits and then berate them for doing a lousy job of it when they did.

I find it funny that the Megazord cockpits, something that we see for fifteen seconds of every episode, was the straw that broke the camels back. They completely straight adapted Shinkenger, which is steeped in Japanese mythology and plays out like a Japanese Fairytale but the cockpit? That is just too much.

I appreciate the MegaSuits from Samurai, they were actually part of the show I liked. I would've liked them being used outside of battle a little. But we got that in the last episode with Shogun. It's something I wish they would've adapted into Megaforce. I think the Goseiger uniforms really lend themselves to that kind of look better than Samurai, actually.
But I also wish they would've kept something from the original Shinkenger cockpits. I loved the Megasuits, but the Cockpit itself was a little bland and meh. Now the Megaforce/Goseiger cockpit is excellent. But I think it could be improved on by adding the bulky Megasuits.

I dunno man, Shogun lends itself perfectly to Samurai as that was the one time in the entire show they looked like Samurai.

I just miss the Disney days, where they actually spent money on their seasons and even made straight adaptations completely their own. Disney's era was the cool to hate one, but I bet after these two awful seasons, the nostalgia monkey's are eating their words.

I like Disney seasons. Just not Ninja Storm and Operation Overdrive.

Why couldn't we have the best of both worlds? Disney buys ALL of Saban Capital ant they give Haim his budget to make 40 episodes of Power Rangers Covert Ops to air over one year and then 40 episodes of Power Rangers Rail Rescue to air over the next year?
*sigh* If only it were that easy.

I just wish whoever takes the franchise, keeps it locked away from Saban's greedy mitts.
