You guys know that feeling when you get a package you forgot was on it's way? I got the Robot Sprits Cherudim Gundam off of HLJ on a sale for around 800 yen or so, then left it in the private warehouse almost until the auto-ship deadline to see if I picked up anything else to ship it with, then had it sent with the cheapest shipping about a month ago. It arrived today, and is a great toy. I would have liked it to come with more than one stand, or maybe a branching stand, for the shield bits but otherwise it's great. And it's definitly the best representation of my favourite 00 Gundam suit that I don't have to build.

Yes, but the house is yours. You are putting money into something that is yours to keep. Yours to do with as you please. No neighbors attached to your walls. Every cent you spend on that house goes to that house.

BTW, we already pay water and electric/heat bills and rental insurance is pretty much the same thing as homeowner's insurance.

Sure, if something breaks Maintenance is there to fix it, but again, it is not yours to do with as you please.

As someone who grew up in a house, yeah, it's rough. Not that I don't miss it, but unless you're ready for that burden, renting will seem like a breeze.

$10 is a pretty big difference for a figuart. Or in some cases $20. Either way, I buy so much that every bit I can save helps.

I bought them from a toy store in Hong Kong.

Now those would be the one toy I would never take out of the package. I'd be far too terrified of losing them.

Also, nice choice on the RS Nu Gundam. I wouldn't hesitate to call it the best RS figure I own.

Nabbed a Time Force megazord, and Wild Force Wolf, Rhino, Deer, and Armadillo zords off a guy at Huddersfield market for £20 in total-absolute steal on account of how the bloke doesn't understand them to save his life and so they normally look a mistransformed mess which people don't buy
