I discovered I had $20 in Amazon credit, and put it to use to pick up a figure I had originally pre-orderd, but canceled due to price and lack of funds. As I recall, this was originally like $90 shipped, Amazon has it for $75 right now, so I got $20 more off that.

I'm pretty sure the Legacy Black and Yellow Rangers are stated as Zack and Trini on the back of the box in the little profile card, just as Red Ranger is listed as Jason.

Now if they do profile cards for the upcoming movie figures, those will be obviously Rocky, Adam, and Aisha.

I did manage to meet up with my postal carrier today, although I was only expecting one package. I ended up with three. Yay!

It appears to have been one at the manufacturing level and I wonder if that's the reason for all the release date delays. Also, this is -I think- my seventh consecutive year for Mikie Hara's calendar. It's a first for me for both Mao Ichimichi and Riria.)

What do you think of the 1985 Godzilla?

I picked up the 1994 yesterday and its pretty good.

The sculpt itself is quite cool and seems to be about 90% accurate to the movie. Unfortunately, the spines are pretty much rubber rather than plastic, which is annoying. Also, I'm not a fan of the way the thighs are cut as it makes the right leg look a tag longer than the left. And then there is the wire breaking through the tail. It also does not help that the tail just seems a little too short. As with a lot a NECA toys, there is some sloppy paint as the bottom corner of his jaw has pink spilled over from his mouth. On the positive side, the face is incredible and looks very accurate to the movie down to even the eyes that look upward. The articulation is great with nice tight joints and I love that the wrists are on a ball rather than a hinge. He does still have that longer toe though. Overall, until Bandai gives us a MonsterArt, this is by far the best posseable 1984 Godzilla we have. It isn't perfect, but the positives far outweigh the negatives and it is pretty identical to the suit we see on screen the majority of the time. If I would change anything on the toy, it would be the friggin tail. This is a prime example of why bendy tails suck.

I don't buy from any store that opens on Thanksgiving day. No sale is worth a retail employee not being able to spend time with their family.

As someone who works retail, you sir have ethics that I truly admire.

Jesus Christ you guys act like I trampled over somebody to get this shit. I went long after the stores opened and still got stuff.

Yeah knock it off guys. People can shop wherever they want to whenever they want. Regardless of my personal opinion or yours on Thanksgiving/Black Friday shopping don't give someone grief over it.

I meant not harm to you, sorry if you felt that way I was just merely stating that I do not shop on Thanksgiving.

That's partially because I worked at Best Buy for 5 years, but I was out of there just before this whole open on Thanksgiving thing started. Nevertheless, I find it bs that stores have gotten this greedy.

The stores overstock big ticket items so you don't even have to get their early. I just got back from Target and they still had piles of games, consoles and tons of TV's.

Usually just the backup large interest items. The primary, deep discount, products some stores deliberately understock in order redirect customers to higher margin items.

I was in Target today to get some groceries and stopped by the gaming department. Unfortunately, they were out of the $25 The Evil Within for PS4. The employee seemed quite amazed at how not even remotely upset I was when I just said, "Oh well, saves me money."

Anyway, I did stop by my usual comic shop since they had 50% off graphic novels and picked these three up:

Their movie deals were amazing!

Smash Bros. Wii U, Arrow season 1 for $10, Lego Movie Everything is Awesome edition for $9, and Pacific Rim Blu Ray for $4 funnily enough, these are my first 2 Blu Rays. :lol

I also got some TF pajama pants, and $5 pajama pants, and a sweater, and a T shirt, and a Captain America T shirt, sine all their clothing was 40% off (I was going to get the Green Lantern T shirt, but they were all out of my size on that one.

I went there around 8, and I was surprised at how much they had left. (Except Smash I got one of the last like, 4 copies. The electronics section was a mess.)

I picked up an RPM and the two new MMPR key packs from TRU today. Also grabbed Persona Q. Fairly good for somebody that typically doesn't go outside on Black Friday.

Package 1 of 2 from NY has arrived! (Still waiting for the other to even ship.)

Ultra-Act Dark set & Figuarts Bujin Gaim & Kurokage. The OCD-part of me finds it odd that Kurokage's box isn't as wide as your standard Figuart boxes.
