Hi Fellow Boardies,
I've been reading the forums for ages but never joined up until now. Love reading about all those rumours for now.

that pic of the "mecha" looks interesting but does anyone else get a minecraft vibe to it?

Please don't be true. Animals has nothing to do with previous seasons. I know it's the 40th anniversary, but still. Wasn't the son of TimeYellow featured in Gokaiger before as a child? A son of of Torin or Doggie would be strange, but still very cool.
These are some weird lists for sure, but there are entirely plausible character identities here. What do you think of this latest batch of rumors?

I liked the sound of the blocky shapes, but this is a little too blocky for my taste.

Around the time Gokai ended I did think this could be a possibility. Also considering Time Yellow's kid could be around 15 by now so nothing wrong with that for sure since Boi was around that age during Zyuranger. And Ryu and Kaori's child would be early 20s so it fits. I hope they push with this idea.
Also the winter movie could be a vs with their parents/sentai alumni.

That would be cool, tbh. Though some of the things on the lists don't really make sense. For example, if Jyuoh Shark was GoseiBlue's sister. I think Goseiger made it pretty clear that if a Gosei Angel becomes a warrior, they'll automatically be a Goseiger.
And the chances of Torin having a child are pretty low... Doggie would be possible, but it's hard to picture that character becoming a gorilla-themed hero? Also, furry Rangers have never been part of the main team anyway...

Yeah I dont expect the list to be 100 percent accurate yet until I see those scans next month-ish. Regardless I do hope the idea of the children of sentai heroes as rangers remains considering it is an anniversary team.

JyuohShark looks awesome and JyuohKing is not bad either. These mecha need to be made into Lego sets.

I love the giant blocky mecha it looks straight of a video game (whether 8-bit or Minecraft.) I love the suit though. Also to not watch a Sentai because one of the Mecha doesn't appeal to you seems a little ridiculous unless you only care for the Giant Robot fights.

They're obviously feeding off of Minecraft's hype and success just like how MMPR did with Jurassic Park(Minecraft was just announced for the Wii U today too)

I'm not totally into JuuOhKing so far but I'm still very interested to see how everything transforms and what other combinations will look like. Either way, I'm very excited to watch this series.

Here is a theory; someone at PLEX, the company behind Toei's tokusatsu designs, must be a serious Minecraft player. And bought a bunch of vintage graphic tees by accident. :lolol
Keep 'me coming, let the hilarity ensue. For the record I don't hate these designs but rather am having a heckuva good time laughing my brains out at just how unexpected they were.

So the head/helmet is a separate piece to the red cube (though it might stash in there) - wonder if that's for a reason? Heads/helmets as collectible items would be fun.
