Gamer Driver?... Boys, I think we may have been completely wrong about Ex-Aid's theme. And now I'm more confused than ever.

It is interesting that the Driver name has nothing to do with Ex-Aid specifically. May mean we'll have more than one Rider early on. Which I am always down with.

Yep, I'm definitely seeing a pattern here.

As much as I want to believe this, I'm going to be cautious. When the medical rider rumors came out, it was followed by medical themed gear. Now that this video game rider theme is being rumored, it's being followed up with video game themed gear for Ex-Aid. I'm going to be patient and wait for confirmations because this is all too confusing.

Currently in some anime, game-themed story is really popular. Example: SAO, Log Horrizon, Accel World, etc....

Hmm..maybe Toei has inspiration from some of game-themed stories.....

But, I am still hope the protagonist Rider (Ex-Aid) has rescue and medical motif too beside game...

If we gather what we are fed so far my current theory of the motifs reflecting the person's civilian identity seems likely.

So, does anything able to be translated from Rider Gashatto? With most of the last few collectibles, we were able to generally figure out what they were: wizard ring, lockseed, shift cars, eyecon. With Rider in the name, it sounds like he is using previous rider abilities possibly, though it is too close to Decade for that, it feels.

"Gashatto" and "Gashacon Breaker" both sound like references to gashapon, the little vending-machine toys that come in plastic capsules.

If this is a video game themed series, maybe they could work similar to Amiibo/Skylanders/Infinity as ways to unlock new forms & weapons...

If the video game rumor is true, I hope something similar to Gridman with the main rider going to a cyber world to fight monsters. My idea for a gimmick would be discs or SD cards.

I can see that. Possibly with the monsters starting off as just video game enemies then having them start to bleed out into the real world. Kinda like Ryuki.

Err... I love that asymmetrical helmet-with-hair shit. If it looks at all like AkibaRed or KR Meteor, I will be suuuuper thrilled. Especially with the rumored color scheme of pink and green.

No idea; the last Sonic game I played was Sonic 3. I do know that the Decadriver's voice was also the announcer in King of Fighters Maximum Impact 2.
