Back in my MSiA Gundam collecting days (when there still were Mobile Suits in Action...), it happened frequently that figures would come out as much as a couple week early in Hong Kong, compared to the known Japanese street dates. I'd be surprised if Figuarts didn't go the same way at least some of the time.

Just picked up Vegeta from work. I've gotta say he's a bit nicer than I would've thought seeing as he doesn't have any diecast.

Having Diecast on an organic/human figure wouldn't make sense anyways.

It may not but it helps them be a lot more stable, doesn't really matter if it makes sense to me. His head is heavy :lol it would certainly help balance him some but I'm still pretty pleased.

Does anyone here have issues with their Gokai Yellow figure? On mine, the sword grip hands have difficulty holding the Gokai Sabre Naginata firmly. Also, the rotating joint of the right wrist, as well as the right wrist cuff, may have been mistakenly glued to the arm as they cannot rotate. I don't want to force them to move and risk breaking the arm, especially since the figure costs the same as two standard SHF figures.

rotating the cuff will not damage the arm.

Ok, I'm here to testify! my order of Shock Oil finally came in today, and OMG, that thing is AMAZING! seriously, a tiny teeny dab of it, joints are no longer squeaking, I mean I dabbed a very tiny teeny bits of it off of the cap it was sealed in, and placed it on the ball of the joint, started to working it around, it was "Squeak, Squeak, SMOOOOOOOOOTH". I've never seen anything like it, it's truly wonderful, except now I got a big bottle of Shock Oil I don't know what I can do with it :lol So if you got squeaky joints on your figuarts, get Shock Oil 80W, you will not regret it, or just bring it by my house :lol

I saw a pic of the Figuarts Kamen Rider Gai yesterday. I may have to buy that one... great design, great poseability... Yeesh!

Rotate it anyway, early Goaki Red and Gokai Blue had cases where the cuffs are glued, but if you put a bit of force, it will come loose.

I just pre-ordered the Figuarts Kamen Rider Black Rx from BBTS. Primarily because I have a store credit to BBTS which I have to use. Who knows it if will ever come in stock, though!

Unfortunately they don't have the FA nor Figma for Kamen Rider Gai in stock.

Can't wait to pick up Nadeshiko. Still haven't seen Megamax yet but oh what the hell :lol Im sure it'll be another 6 months before a sub of it comes out. Ill still be picking up Nadeshico and Super TaToBa.

So I need some help deciding on a purchase, either Figuarts Gatack or Ouja. I'm leaning towards Ouja but it makes more sense for me to buy Gatack since he's an older figure. I want to get both eventually, I'm just not sure which to get first as I'm unsure which will be harder to come across in a few months.

Get Gattack, since it seems that each time a new Ryuki Figuarts gets released, the older ones get a released...at least Ryuki does anyway. Ouja is still readily available too.

I agree on this. If you can get any older release at a reasonable price do get that first, especially if it has been reissued before. Bandai does reissues to popular shf figures very frequently.

I went to TRU at lunch because I had a rewards coupon to use. Toyed with getting ShinkenGold or ShinkenRed, but at $35 with only a $2 coupon, they're just too pricey, especially for characters who I like but I am not a big fan of. Still, it was good to see that they are available at least.
