And I didn't really know too much about Go-Busters, so I wasn't sure how many mecha they had. Well with the Ranger figures they could throw in Green Hippopotimus and Black Puma if they wanted.

He is incorrect, sorry. They're most likely just going back to Go-Busters because they feel that's the best choice.

Yeah most likely. Keep in mind that every option has some sort of issue.
-Go Busters issue is that the suits are getting kinda old now, and may not be in the best shape.
-ToQger's issue is that it's trains which don't sell as well Stateside.
-Zyuohger's issue is that the Mecha are blocky and look like something from Minecraft.
-Kyuranger has it's huge cast. Which isn't a problem for Hasbro on the toy side, but might be trickier for the TV side.
-Lupinranger vs Pataranger would have the issue of the two rival teams. Which shouldn't be an issue, but the way Nick babies the show down adds more moral complexity than they'd be willing to do.

There's also the posibility that Toei asked them to. Like I've said Toei probably never liked skipping shows, and if they could get the show and backlog used for everything they've done, they'd do it.

Are we sure if the kiddifying stuff isn't Saban's fault? From what I've seen, it seems more like his fault than Nick's. I remember reading that Saban is the reason why Basco was cut from Super Megaforce, so good job there.

Lupin Vs Pato isn't an option simply because there's only a handful of episodes right now. It has the capacity of being adapted, though.
I don't think suit degradation is an issue for Go-Busters. I feel it hasn't been too long for it to settle in, and their designs aren't too complex as to not be easier to repair.
(Well, maybe the megazord costumes, but they could just use Japanese footage and try to limit filming new stuff for the mech fights)

Kyuranger was always designed to come to the states, was it not? PR LOVES large teams, because it's more (Male hero) toys on the shelves.

I feel the only series that would have any troubles over here would be ToQ. America is obsessed with Minecraft, after all.

Depends on which comes first, Hascon or Power Morphicon. I don't know the time frames of either.

Power Morphicon is this year and the next one after this year's will be in 2020. Hascon is next year.

It depends if Hasbro is willing to rerelease all BoA toys. If not then I don't see why would they.

The molds are still BoA's. What it depends on is not if Hasbro are willing, but if BoA sells the molds to Hasbro - which they might have done, but they also might not.

In general? No. With BoJ being invested in Power Rangers, and Takara in Transformers, that wouldn't work.

In Comics? Yes, almost certainly.

And what about movies?

Also no. At least for Transformers, as that means Takara would be involved at some level.

Do you guys remember last year SCG Power Rangers made Trademarks on VR Troopers & Beetleborgs? What if Saban was talking to Hasbro back then, what if the deal that would let Hasbro buy all of Power Rangers from Saban would count anything under SCG Power Rangers as well. Also we "know" that Saban isn't aloud to use Kamen Rider, but Hasbro might be able to use Kamen Rider, so we might get a VR Troopers from Ex-Aid by Hasbro in the future.

I see people saying Transformers and Power Rangers, and the most dumbest but somewhat understandable idea of MLP and Power Rangers.

I doubt it'll stay back for more than 6 months, but, hey, it's still a comeback.

This is me speaking as a former Joe fan who still dearly loves the franchise.

I'm not getting my hopes up. At all. "Dead" is how it needs to stay until Hasbro can figure out an actual direction to take the franchise that isn't in some way a retread of ARAH territory, or if it is, actually has some degree of staying power.

As a collector of both Power Rangers and Transformers I couldn't be happier with this news. Hasbro and Takara have been killing it with collector orientated Transformers figures for a few years now, while I feel Bandai have been asleep at the wheel.

Bandai of Japan still have the Japanese license, so Takara won't be allowed near Power Rangers.
