Gackt's version of Journey Through the Decade is nowhere near as good as most people say it is. Hell, the Rider Girls version is better. RIDER GIRLS.

Also, the Gokaiger opening is one of the worse openings in all of Sentai. Easily the worst post 2000 Heisei opening.

I'm pretty sure I can (honestly) charm my way out of the situation. Besides, I don't think there are any fangirls on this site.

Same for me. The interactions between Ura and Momo or Yuuto and Deneb were downright hilarious. But again, tastes and all.

Blade did the card thing so much better than Decade ever did.

Shinkenger bores the living shit out of me. It'ss not the incredible sentai everyone makes it out to be.

I thought about watching it. But since Samurai is exactly the same, I'm skipping it and avoiding having to read subtitles :lol

Oh , but you will miss all the excitement that....umm.... Nope. They team up with Decade? , the lightzord talks? ...The whole damn series is about the Red Ranger anyway.

Emily is better to look at then Kotaha. Stick with Samurai

They do. Now that i thought about it. It happens in his series anyways , so you really don't even have to watch Shinkenger. You can look at it as Alternate World Samurai Rangers.

I wouldn't say Samurai and Shinkenger are "exactly" the same. At least for me it isn't. They change a lot of the little things and that makes a huge difference to me. The crossover episodes between Shinkenger and Decade were pretty neat.

I think a lot of impact of SS and KR depend on the order you watch them in. For some series more than others. Suppose you watch Shinkenger directly after Go-Onger.(the way it aired) I think Shinkenger would seem better since it's a huge change in tone. This is one of the reasons I think Go-Busters is doing poorly having followed Gokaiger. There is also the matter of personal taste. Some people are not super into Japanese culture and that affects how they view/enjoy shows also.

I'm not sure I have too many actual unpopular opinions. I did like Geki Chopper, whom everyone seems to dislike. With what has aired of Go-Busters thus far, I'm liking Goseiger more. I think Decade was pretty awesome too. Could've been better, but Decade actually made me want to watch more KR such as (Kiva, Kabuto, Hibiki, and Ryuki)

I think it's the last few episodes (44 onwards) that makes the show for everyone. It probably isn't as great as I remember it to be, but you know what they say about how people usually get their impressions from the beginning and the end. I thought Shinkenger had an amazing first episode and a fantastic ending, so it makes me kind of ignore everything else in between.

I say skip Samurai and go for Shinkenger instead. At least you'll have more emotions and better acting. Samurai just lacks anything resembling gravitas.

Shinkenger had great characters (even if it was mostly only about Takeru) but didn't have the villains to back it up. Doukoku sat around and did nothing apart from one or two instances. It wasn't until Akumaro showed up and started toying around with Juuzo that things got interesting.

also going bout the team up with decade i finished watching shinkenger before i watched decade and well i said to my self i missing 2 sinkenger episode and that how i like decade and kamen rider it thanks to that team oh and th eblack rx episode as well due to me liking MAsked Rider As A kid

I don't know how unpopular this is, But; The episodes from the end of Season 03 of MMPR, into Alien Rangers, and up untill episode 3 of Zeo, were the most confusing batch of any series I have ever watched.

Why so if I may ask?

They made absolutely no sense. It's Superman-Syndrome. "How can we make time go backward? I know.. Make the earth stand still!" What about gravity, the rotation of the Earth keeps us from floating into space.. "Gravity? Meh. It's Master Vile!"

It's like they never thought it through. Just threw a dozen episodes together, shrugged their shoulders, and went to get a beer. There was no forethought or followthrough. Like when Time went backward, whatever idiotic reason, why did the Rangers remember they were rangers? Time went backward before they were Rangers. And why was Kat there? Or Tommy? It's established they moved to Angel Grove, they weren't raised there.

They never thought any of this out, is my main problem.

Not Toku related , just want to get this off my chest. Dark knight rises was horse shit. I liked Batman and Robin more then that movie. Maybe it was my combined hatered for dc comics now mixed with my being tired of different directors interpretation of batman? I just want Batman... Can somebody just film a live action hush? But for the other bit, I completely agree. They established that Bulk and Skull couldn't recognise Rocky, Adam and Aisha because they didn't live Angel Grove at that age and that the timeline changes when Aisha stays in Africa, but no one seems to care that the same should apply for Tommy and Kat or various other bits of time travel confusion.

But hey, it still makes more sense than Power Rangers moon logic :lol

super sentai continuty is like PR continuty its all in one the Cross Over Takes Place after one but in-between episode the current season

Not all the crossovers can be counted as canon though. The Goranger/JAKQ references V3 and Amazon meaning Kamen Riders exist in their world. However the Shinkenger crossover with Decade (which seems to pretty much be canon given Kaito and Narutaki appeared in Shinkenger) established that Super Sentai live in a world without riders.

Where Super Hero Taisen fits into it is anyone's guess.

Decade was bored and broke the world again.

I like Kamen Rider Wizard, so far, more than Tensou Sentai Goseiger. It's fun, it doesn't take itself to seriously. When it finally kicked (Thanks Peaugh) that please is the magic word.. I outright laughed.

I don't know if that's unpopular, or not. But there it is.
