Aside from the general concept of it being half-and-half, literally nothing about this matches Build. The two halves fit together in a different way than Build's halves, the whole head is in a completely different style, the belt is clearly not the Build Driver and the things in it don't even look like fullbottles. If it really was a form for Build, this image must be from super early concept art... that they decided to make into a magazine-quality picture for some reason?
I dunno, personally I find "it's an unused form for Build" sounds like just as much of a hoax as "it's a leak of Saber." |
It's edited from an image of the initial PhoenixRobo scan. That's how fakes are made.

Not to derail the conversation even further, but PheonixRobo isn't even an unused/scrapped Build form:
https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/...20180114072034 He uses it in episode 18. Anyhow, it's very likely the guy who drew the fake leak just copy-pasted the text since it was red. |

It feels like the took the illustration that the other member provided and applied it to the Build concept. |

Kamen Rider Saber idea
My idea for Kamen Rider Saber : The Kamen Rider Saber can be a Mix of Kiva And W a thing like that : two persons of different times and dimesons one is come from of a fantasy world with kinghts faries wizards things like that and other is a Si - Fi things like Spaces colonies Robots , Aliens and because
Of a mysterious sword they gain the Power of the Kamen Rider Saber and when one transforms the other guy faints and transfers his conciouness for the who transformed in Kamen Rider Saber |
First look at the logo ?
https://twitter.com/trademark_bot/st...20845540634626 note the little book in the lettering ... |

Like, Ex-Aid's aesthetic was video games, but it was a show about doctors. I'd imagine Saber's aesthetic is going to be swords (wild guess!), but it's not going to be about swords. Real interested in what it's going to be about! |
There's runes in the Kamen Rider Saber logo. It lines up with mrinfobox mentioning there's runes on the belt.

I'm not saying that you're lying -- I hope you're not -- but I've literally seen this exact stunt pulled over and over and over again in the 10 years I've been following this fandom. |
Here's a thought. What if the collectible items for Kamen Rider Saber are sword-shaped bookmarks?

Interesting, maybe this means the show's motif/theme will actually center more around fairy-tales/fantasy rather than just swords.
mrinfobox's description did mention Saber had some fantasy stuff on him like a unicorn horn on his helmet and a dragon head on the shoulder. |

inb4 the book in question is a coupon book and Saber just really loves slashing prices in half.
|
I can imagine Saber's forms are based on various fictional protagonist characters.
Maybe his default form is Paladin Knight and his other forms might based on Sherlock Holmes, Aladdin, Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde, and others fictional characters.... The monsters might based on various antagonist from various fairy tales.... |

The Fairy Tale theme potential also hit me along with a Fantasy D&D-esque theme. Saber being the knight stand-in while other riders represent other roles. Bard, fist-fighter, mage, archer, cleric, etc.
|
So look like the show will be fairytale or fantasy books? Interesting.
I guess the main character must be either book-lover or have a thing for collecting books. I will give this show a shot. |

The book thing might be the henshin gimmick. The belt has a small, what appears to be book like device that opens, well, like a book would and has illustrations and or writing on it. I wonder if the sword handle on the belt simply activates the book by making it open.
|
if all these speculations about KR Saber being a rider who channels the powers of fictional characters from story books wound up becoming true, i'd love for his final form to be based on his own life story. that'd be neat to see :p

The character that's rendered as a book has me super-intrigued.
More than anything, though, I just want them to carry forward the writing quality that they've brought to Zero-One, Build, and Ex-Aid. |
Yep it's mystical based panic intensifies since they don't have the best track record for purely mystic based riders Agito, Hibiki, Wizard, Ghost(TBF in Hibiki's case it was the executive medeling that botched it
|
Wha? Agito was really good. Ghost is also fine and gets excessive hate for what is a totally passable series due to the theme being more spiritual than horror. As for Wizard while I like it least out of the seasons I watched, the problem was the writing. The theme usage was perfectly fine.
Theme means nothing in terms of toku quality. In Sentai's case ninja themes are awesome but Ninninger was bad, so it's up to the writing and development, not the theme. |
"Spiritual series are doomed and awful" is getting almost as tedious as the Number Theory, and at least that had to get creative in its later years. Which reminds me, what number should we be up to?

Zero-One has an alternate form called Zero-Two, and putting those together gets you One-Two, or 12, number theory confirmed.

2. W = 2 Gaia Memories 3. OOO = 3 Core Medals 4. Fourze = 4 Astroswitches 5. Wizard = 5 Fingers 6. Gaim = 6 spreadsheets needed to track all the interpersonal drama going on 7. Drive = 7 episodes until most people just skip to mid-series where it gets good 8. Ghost = 8 people willing to defend the series 9. Ex-Aid = 9 reasons why Kiriya would have been a cooler protagonist 10. Build = 10 is what Sento secretly thinks Banjou is 11. Zi-O = 1 Ridewatch on the left; 1 Ridewatch on the right 12. Zero-One = Zero-One plus Zero-Two equals 12 13. Saber = 13 pages in his book |

Actually guys, they skipped 9 for some reason since Omori confirmed that EX-Aid's number is 10 due to the Roman numeral X and the first arc was about beating 10 games.
Build's Full Bottles look like 11 in the Driver. It's also a palindrome which represents the Best Match functionality. Zi-O's face is a clock which counts 12 hours. Out of the 19 Legendary Ride Watches, he only used 12 excluding combinations with Decade. So unless Zero One has anything to do with 13, I think the number pattern might be restricted to Heisei Phase 2. |
