Toy catalogs no longer exist post Zero One. Listings replace those. As for official info, the most recent listing is true (with the White leader and other four robot rangers) is true and we won't get more on anything until later this month with mag scans and in January with the official press conference that shows off the cast.

Toei’s official announcement is usually published in newspapers on Christmas Eve. Since Kyuranger, there’s been official, high-quality images released online at the same time.

It’s possible we’ll get leaked scans anywhere from Dec 21-23 as well.

Regardless of what anyone believes or if the official world has already made its decisions, I look at this and perceive that whole "Hasbro and Toei have decided to part ways before things even really begin" rumor as having taken another hit (cause any new Sentai elements will always be scrutinized under the lens of "How can this be adapted?")!

This was an ad for a "UFO Catcher machine" (make of that what you will), which accidentally revealed ZenKaiser, a design which has Big One and DragonRanger elements.

The golden V on his chest and belt appears to be based on the Super Sentai logo.

I'm also getting a Lord Drakkon feeling since he has white and another color (green for Drakkon, red for Zenkaizer) on his suit.

Anyway, now we know that "Mach" refers to Kamen Rider Mach due to the colors but did anyone else originally think Kirama Green's Machine Mach considering the other hints were mecha? Or was that just me?

I absolutely didn't expect such a Showa-era throwback, but I am here for it!

A new rumor (grain of salt and all that) says that ZenKaiser uses two Sentai gears to combine the powers of two sentai. It's possible that this ZenKaiser base form is Akaranger + Big One. It's unclear if the combos will be form changes or if they'll be attacks or something.

I'm digging the design I don't see it doing well over here if Hasbro sticks with toei and such we might not see a zenkai adapt- but it'll depend on the looks of the rest of the team and the mecha i'm sure. For all we know they could go crazy and do something MMPR S2 style where they use a previous team suits because the mecha look just that good.

But I am questioning the team colors. Rumor is wehave Red Blue Pink, Yellow and Kaiser But if we look at Kaisers stripes we see 5 colors.

Pink Blue Green Yellow then Red. with redbeign the only stipe on his helmet, the inside of his cape, the inside of his collar, the inside of his legs. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say the rumored Juran is actually green or pink Magine could also be green since of the 4 rumored teams only Magi and Zyuranger had green. Gao and lacked pink, so Gaon as blue or yellow work. and Vroon's option based solely on the stripes would be pink blue or yellow.

So Zenkai Juran- Pink, Yellow, Green Blue options-
Zenkai Gaon- Yellow or blue
Zenkai Vroon- Pink blue or yellow
Zenkai Magine- Pink blue or green

Logically i'd rule out yellow in juran same with blue since pink and green were te more iconic ones. To me Gaon for yellow or blue i'd say yellow just cause we've never seen a blue lion( unless we count GoseiKnights one arm) and I wouldn't be against it now it would just be really out of place at least we've had yellow lions before.

I'm not interested in PR adaption talk most of the time, but I will say this:-

- Red is based on Daizyujin
- The main character is a white ranger with red as a major secondary colour and a gold chest shield

If Hasbro somehow adapted this season they'd get Tommy back as Zenkaiser

Tommy would prolly jump on it cause he loves the fandom. I mean i don't think JDF is one of those money hungry types that expects a ton of money.. he'd probably be easy to negotiate with.

And yeah I'll wait to see Images for the others I just couldn't help but notice the suit had a color on it that wasn't yet mentioned and it seems odd. Why would you put Pink, blue, green, and yellow striped on a suit if your other rangers are Red blue yellow Pink. Why include a green stripe?

I mean it'll be odd not having a proper red- and Daizyujin/red t rex makes a ton of sense but... I also noticed the color grooping seems odd. Why put blue and green next to each other... I mean it'd be easier to notice them if it was more Pink Blue Yellow Green- you could swap pink/yellow or blue/green around but keep pink away from the red and blue away form the green to make them easier to spot. To me it seems like a odd design choice to put blue and green stripes right next to each other cause certain shots will kinda look like its one wide blue or green line.

So maybe its team order/annviersary order though the more i look at the image maybe that outside stripe is Red and not pink hard to tell at times with low res stuff.. in which case we won't have a pink ranger and the colors are Red Blue Green yellow and Kaiser.

Well... because it's a mix of Goranger and JAKQ. It's homaging not just the colours of Goranger's team (and JAKQ's), but also the iconic five stripes used in Goranger's logo etc.

Given how aside from white, red is the most prominent color on Zenkaiser's suit, it's possible that he counts as the team's red ranger.

You're overthinking this.

We know Magine is Pink because we've seen set photos. We know Gaon is yellow for the same reason.

All of the leaks from the toy meeting have been accurate so far; there's no reason to believe they'll stop being accurate now.

ZenKaiser having green in his rainbow stripes is just a reference to past Sentai teams, whose powers he will almost certainly have access to via the Sentai Gears. It's also a direct visual callback to JAKQ's Big One. If the recent rumors are true, this base form is literally a mashup of Akaranger and Big One -- which, looking at the suit, is pretty reasonable to believe.

The more likely scenario is we get a green "sixth" warrior at some point down the line.

I get he's like, the defacto Power Ranger. And it's nice seeing him every so often.

But every year there's always something related to Tommy, if he isn't getting a Master Morpher, he's getting his own graphic novel, or becomes the main villain of the comic, or becomes the focus of the comic.

With how many Tommy variants there are now, you can literally just have a full team of Tommy.

I get the idea it's because of Akaranger, and to make him fit in just a -little- bit more with reds in future lineups. Also, because red as a colour sells.

Given how consistent the leaks have been up till this point and how much has been corroborated, I'm fully believing the Red/Blue/Yellow/Pink lineup. You have to remember as well that Zenkaiser doesn't have a mech of his own, so if we were to assume green instead of red; that would mean no red in the main mechas -- which I really, really don't think they'd do. Zenkaiser also seems to be a 'special' character set apart from the Zenkaigers; a mentor more than anything going by leaks.
Not saying it's impossible but I'm very doubtful the lineup won't be Red/Blue/Yellow/Pink.

We've seen blurry set images of a pink and yellow ranger- doesn't mean its Magine and Gaon... just means its a pink and a yellow... But again I will wait for more images but i won't be too surprised if we get a green ranger instead of a red one.

And yeah it might just be the low quality image making the blue and green sorta blur together a bit so maybe it wont be as odd on the actual suit.

The day that all of the rumors about ZenKaiser were confirmed as accurate is not the day I'm gonna start doubting all of the other rumors from the exact same sources, but, you know, you do you.

yes all the rumors except the name we still have no confirmation on "ZenKaiser" to my knowledge I mean i'm not doubting that he'll be called that just so far I've seen no confirmation of said name.

I suppose it would be fitting to save green for the sixth, since IIRC the whole "sixth ranger" trope as we know it today was first established with the green ranger in Zyuranger, there had been extra heroes before him but he was the first to permanently join the core team as a new member.

I could absolutely see this, but my guess is that we'll get a black 6th, with gold and silver accents to complement ZenKaiser's white.

I do think we'll get green representation at some point, though.

Perhaps the 6th will have both black and green colorings? *totally isn't dreaming of that*

Given ZenKaiser's stripes, maybe the costume will be vaguely like Upgrade from Ben 10.

Even if we don't get rangers in these colors, I hope purple, orange and cyan at least get some representation, like in stripes on the sixth ranger's suit. Maybe crimson, navy and gray too, but those I wouldn't mind being left out since they're just darker versions of other colors.
