The shark is decade coloured but what's the source for these rumours? Did they show up before these images or after? I could see this just being a prediction being passed off as a leak by someone who saw the one shark gimmick item

If it is a firm anniversary season (the 50 in logo does make it seem likely...) i hope that it's more like zenkaiger and less like Zi-O, some throw away references and very mild cameos, I don't want the plot to be "old riders are here!"

If it's not rider themed my guess based purely on T-rex and Shark is that the show will be themed after toothy animals, or at least Revice's forms will be to keep his big grin consistent

Yea, I love seeing old Riders make appearances, but we've only had two seasons of 'regular' Reiwa, so it feels a bit too soon to do another big anniversary season, even if it's the 50th.

At most, I would like to see past actors play small roles that aren't their characters but still had like, significant lines or voice monsters/victims of the week.

Assuming the Shark Stamp is actually a Megalodon, this means the Stamps encompass not just dinosaurs, but all extinct animals like the ZetsumeRise Keys.

I didn’t see the Decade reference at first, but yeah the groves going down the Stamp with the green megalodon basically a reference to his face.

We’ll have to see the show itself to know if the if the rider references on the Stamps mean anything significant, it could be like Zenkaiger where it’s an anniversary but doesn’t try to bring in Rider alumni, or it could all just be for the crossover movies where Revice uses the Stamp with the rider and they’re like “hey this form matches this rider, what a coincidence!”

I'm on the side of the fence that also feels like its too soon for another direct anniversary rider. I hope its more like Fourze, and less like Zi-O. With Zenkaiger also doing the anniversary thing, toku is becoming more and more self-referential.

Either way, I'm still excited for the show. Stamps are cool. Dinosaurs are cool.

Considering the Secondary Rider is using evil Riders and the other three are using forms based around iconic Kaijin...could that mean they all start off antagonistic towards Revice? And maybe the buddy character is there to balance that out?

Eeeeeeeeh, from that rumor, it sounds like four of them are gonna be antagonists, 'cuz if one's definitely described as 'evil' while the last three are described as using the 'first monsters are themed after bat and spider' thing along with a 'monster that swallows the world', than that would mean that they'd also be evil, right?

So I think that's a little more acceptable than just all of them being heroes from the start. Hopefully those Riders stay villains throughout the season and not change sides for a different villain Rider.

Some love for showa would be nice, though I'm assuming based on the gimmick items that the forms for previous riders will be more like casual homage than full blown references (im imagining like an even Milder Zi-O, the same colour schemes as the riders but basically just brand new suits themed around the animal)

I think my issues with what I saw of Zi-O largely stemmed from the legend riders being an integral plot element, I think as long as the plot is separate from the legend riders (Sort of like Zenkaiger where the old sentai are just victims of a bigger scale problem, rather than being the core focus of the show's plot) then everything will be fine even if they have a couple cameos and some more overt references

I just don't want another Zi-O where I had to stop watching it because I didn't want character and suit spoilers for the handful of heisei shows I still haven't seen, I really want Revice to be totally self contained, just with some fun small scale references for long time fans

Personally I'd like even subtler references than Zenkaiger, but smth on the same level of zenkaiger would still be totally fine by me

I loved the guest appearances in Zi-O and I think those actually improved the show, going for more of a Gokaiger take than Decade, but I think that as far as Revice is concerned as an anniversary season that they'll be going for more thematic tributes than anything overt.

I could see Revice taking the sorta Zenkaiger route where past Riders are referenced but it's not as heavy as Zi-O or even Decade. Maybe a few surprise returns here and there but the show isn't built around that.

I would bet on it, if only because of Covid. Hell, the big crossover movie is taking the approach of returning legacy characters mostly being suit roles like Doggie Kruger and the Imagin; and from what we've seen all returning actors are voice roles. I feel like that's also why Zenkaiger has only had a few returning actors so far, and will likely be the case for Revice too.

Given how much I love suited character antics in Zenkaiger, I really hope we get some more suit only characters in Revice.

Heck that's one of the reason's I love Desast so much, he's a pure monster/suited character just hanging around everyone else.

I would actually be happy if this season's more like Fourze, in theme and tone. As for the Riders as Animals, I guess it fits somewhat? After all, Ichigo's a Grasshopper, Amazon's a Lizard, Kabuto's a Rhinoceros beetle, Build's a Rabbit, I'll take it. I'm really interested in seeing how these forms look, hoping for more scarfs to be honest, but I won't mind if they don't.

How this handles the Anniversary will be something, that's for sure. I'm guessing the best way to represent the past is to bring in something from the past, a "Blast From The Past!" I kind of want the belt to say this...

A bike for Revice seems weird, given that he's closely tied to his companion Rider. I honestly would be surprised if they bother with a traditional bike, let alone bike action.

Tho, I do recall myself repeating this with Saber, me saying I wanted a horse because of the knight themes, which in hindsight isn't actually present in Saber.

I don’t think we’ll ever get a horse as a rider vehicles anymore. However, new rider series are always filled with surprises so maybe, just maybe we get to see one in Revice? Who knows mate.
