Current Team.

Ren (Greninja) - lvl 84

Crimson (Scizor) -lvl 54

Abyss (Garchomp) -lvl 56

Blaziken - lvl 99

Ryuki (Charizard) - lvl 80

Nexus (Alakazam) - 43

Might I also add that Mega Alakazam is just amazingly awesome.

I want to say about 8 hours and counting now. I've clocked in 24 hours of gameplay. Still only 1 badge. 135 Pokémon seen. I'm determined to get this shiny. Really determined. I feel like giving up, but I won't. Not yet.

I actually got an Eevee with Pokérus from a wonder trade yesterday.

And I got my infected Simisear the same way. I love Wonder Trade!:D

Hell, I just spent 30 minutes catching low levels to make more infected Pokemon.
Mostly as trade collateral.:D

Yeah going through that backstory i had my eyes wide open the whole time... Damn i wish we could get to know more about what happened in that time but the storyline seems pretty rushed.

Also i think that should go in spoiler tags.

I liked the story. Made the game have more of a sense of impact.

People can tag it if they want, this forum and its useage of spoiler tags to me is ludicrously ridiculous. I gave away basically no specifics in that post at all.

But yeah, it was pretty damn rushed. 'He built a device that could bring Pokémon back to life, then turned it into a weapon.' WHAT, HOW?! Why is the man now immortal? And like nine foot tall? GAH.

I liked his design. It was a nice break from the anime pretty girls the rest of the game consists of.

The game is less than a week old. We have spoiler tags for a reason. Use them.

I caught a glimpse and quickly turned away. Still definitely saw more than I wanted to.

I gave no specific character or plot details away at all, im happy to use actual tags for actual spoilers but people here are way too over sensitive. I once read a post where someone wrote their feelings on an episode, while spoiler tagging eveyones name not because they died or whatever but simply because apparently every damn thing is a spoiler.

The (abridged) story of Xerneas that you hear in Anistar City
800 years ago, Xerneas made Kalos glow with life energy from it's kickass antlers. As this happened, a massive forest sprung up around the deer. It is also said that when Xerneas is close to death, it will share all of it's remaining life juice with the world.
And 300 years ago, during a horrible Kalos-wide war, it is said a Pokemon came to aid the wounded and many believe this to be Xerneas.
And now Xerneas is said to be in the form of dried up tree after the 800 years ago thing.

Now who wants to post Yveltal's story that you hear from the guy in Anistar City?

Except you did. No matter how vague you think you're being. Pokemon plots are pretty formulaic so its easy to know who or what you're talking about from the vaguest spoiler.

Whether you think people overuse spoiler tags in other threads or not doesn't matter, stop trying to justify your opinion and just take a second to think about those who don't want plot spoilers in any shape or form.

This is a general Pokemon thread, not an XY discussion thread for those who've already played the game.

Needed a pick me up so I decided to splurge and get Pokemon X I probably won't be playing it much till I finish Y but I wanted to get a Tourchic for this game before the event was over.

This time I choose a male PC and named him Daigo. Of course, I choose King as the nickname.

In Y, I just beat the fifth gym. Clemont put up more of a fight then the others…Magenton's endure plus his unlimited supply of Hyper Potions was just annoying.

That sounds fun, got him next. My Tyrantrum should sweep through (hopefully) and if not my beloved Pyroar will come in handy too =D

It was until Mega Blaziken finally managed to curbstomp him on the third turn. :lol
