Suppose they announce Revice SHFs within the remainder of the year,
you think they'll have the next release be Evil or go with Live first?

I don't see them combining both forms into one release since it'd need a lot of part swapping to the point of just making an entirely new figure.

I feel like it'd be Evil but I am biased because I think his design is ten times cooler than Live's.

In contrast to Zero, this one's perfect. Smooth joints that are neither too tight or too loose, no paint error apart from user error because I'm dumdum, or any real issue.

Also, he's real expressive with the the fuckton of hands he has.

It kinda makes Alpha Edge look like an expansion set for this guy.

Best case scenario would be an Evil/Live two-pack.

Realistic scenario would probably be Live at retail, Evil as P-Bandai.

I'm in the minority it seems who likes Live more, so whichever makes him easier for me to get yes please.

I like neither Evil nor Live, both are pretty meh suits with terrible Henshin-sounds and characters I don’t care much for, but I will get Live for the Igarashi family display.

Even though I very much enjoy watching Revice I think I'm good with Revi & Vice, Live and Jeanne for this year. And out of those I’m only really looking forward to Jeanne.

I think I'll add Lovekov to the list of characters that would get me to buy SHFs again :lol

I was actually thinking they might do her is she is crazy popular, just because she's so easy to make - solid body with two balljoints for the arms.

Anyways, I forgot that Revi & Vice will go straight into my main Rider display, so I won't need Live at all.

So I'm only going to get the Revi & Vice and Jeanne, don't need anything else from Revice.

Plus, it's Reiwa, the actual final form will be "Shining Revice" or something, just the regular suit with sparkles.

Hhhmmm Bandai isn't new to parts swapping since Geiz Revieve and Woz Ginga Finally does exist and they may not be a direct translation as to what a possible Evil/Live figuarts parts swap could be but I feel they can do it. I mean look at the OOO and Den-O Seihous and how they made those gimmicks possible.

Afterall the main undersuit of Evil/Live is the same where Evil has a unique helmet and chest design and Live has a unique helmet, chest, gaunlets, and skirt added on.

The way Bandai will decide to approach releases in the Revice figuarts line will be interesting because we have 4 characters that could all be done as 2-packs or singles releases each with Revi, Vice, Evil, and Live. Will we only get 2 retail releases again just like the Zero-One and Saber line and will it be given to Revi and Vice or Revi and Evil or Live?

Revi + Vice two-pack, single Revi release at entry-level price, no separate Vice and no weapons with any of them is what I see happening.

I don't see them regulating Vice to a single two-pack and then not do him as single release if they followed that route. Especially since they're marketing Revice as Revi and Vice BOTH being the primary rider. Everything you see that goes through every primary rider from Ichigou to now ends with both of them, not just Revi.

If we use previous multi-packs as a precedent (which, in all fairness; they -were- a while ago), there was never anything exclusive to multi-packs pertaining to main forms and especially not of main riders. The only things I can think of that were multi-pack exclusive were specific alternate forms like Kuuga's Risings or some of the auxiliary Gaim arms; you were always able to get for instance, Brave and Snipe outside of the Mighty Beginnings 3-pack.

I'll likely grab all three of the siblings +Vice. With exception of swapping Live for Evil, because I despise the former :lol

after that, Demons obviously, and then the rest is if it peaks my interest. Like maybe what George transforms into because no way he doesn't. Fortunately, I'm not interested at all in the upgrades aside from what Live's could be if it turns out better than Live.

If you actually open your eyeballs, Live and Evil are almost completely different molds. Just because they share undersuits does not mean they should parts-swap. That's not even a gimmick from the show. For something like Geiz Revive it makes sense to parts-swap between his two forms since that's his entire gimmick.

Even SO-DO, the fucking candy toy line, gave Live and Evil separate molds, when they could have easily just made Live and Evil share a body box like Build KeyDragon and Cross-Z did.

Translation: Live and Evil only share the undersuit and shin armor. There would be a lot of part-swapping on the forearms, shoulder, head, torso, waist coat, and a change at the boots (for Evil's weird zipper thigh highs), and then a gun attachment for both versions of the Two sidriver (on-belt and on-hand).

All this would be troublesome and you'd be better off making both a separate release than making a "Daiji Igarashi set"

That's how they always respond to everyone. It's not ideal but it's best to just ignore the tone and focus on the point they're making.

Which is basically correct. Evil and Live are too different in design to warrant attempting parts swaps. Separate figures are the most logical approach.

I completely understand and felt a little extreme but I see now just how different Evil/Live are in design in areas I never paid too much attention to that they would be better reserved as separate releases. The parts swapping idea was just a thought as Bandai keeps getting better and creative with engineering stuff into figures.

I can see Kamen Rider Live being retail and then Evil being exclusive should they decide to make one of them a retail release.

Tamashii announced on Twitter that there are 6 currently unknown retail release figures which will be going up for pre-order tomorrow, December 3rd in Japan.

Usually when they do that it's a bunch of Figuarts ZERO releases or something, but just in case there might be something Toku-related in there, be prepared.

Noticed on Power Type Tiga's page that it says only "PVC, ABS" in its material as opposed to Multi Type's "PVC, ABS, TPE"

I don't know if I should be mad that it took Tiga normal to realize that rubber was mistake, or relieved that they stopped.

In an absolutely insane move, Tiga Power Type is retail release; and almost entirely a new mold! Because Power Type usually used a different suit actor in the show, the proportions are based on his; and as such the figure has been entirely redone so that the only pieces it shares in common with Multi Type are the head and the joints
