Man I really wish we were getting that Gundam game on more than just Vita.

Well, if this game sells well, we could Extreme VS on PS4 over here. And that is a much much more robust version of what the Vita game has to offer.

I am trying to save up for one of those along with other kits, but other stuff gets in the way.

First episode of Thunderbolt is up on GundamInfo! It seems to cover the first 2 or 3 chapters of the manga faithfully.

I just watched the episode too. It's a faithful adaptation and the animated and audio components make Thunderbolt even better. Especially the Jazz.

Although I didn't expect it to have such a quick pace. I read the manga kinda fast but this is going near the same pace I was reading it lol. I hope they slow down the story a bit more when we get to more of the character development chapters/bits. I just hope this quick pacing at the beginning is just to draw people in for the rest of the series.

I am kinda disappointed with the youtube video that Gundam Info gave us. Hearing it was the first Gundam show to be animated in 4K made me excited since I have a 4K laptop, but the youtube version only gives us a lousy 720p.

I hope Bandai restocks the HGs, since I looked up the FA-78 on amazon and it is out of stock and super expensive now (like $60).

I'm sure its something like they'd rather people pay to see the full resolution version rather than give it out for free on their channel. Which is perfectly fair.

I didn't mind the resolution. What bothered me was the fact that the subs were 1-2 seconds behind the dialauge.

Oh yeah, that bugged me. But I am not really sure if that is the youtube caption's fault or Bandai for badly timing it.

Also, the next episode comes out in Feburary.

Guys, hold your seats. The Gundam Unicorn novel series the OVAs originates from is getting an 11th installment early next year out of nowhere. After the novels ended around 2009, 2010, there's suddenly going to be a new volume.

My main concern is that will an episode 8 for Unicorn be made due to this if this has any relevant story content. I mean, Episode 7 just left us hanging with that battle with the one ship. Maybe we can get an in series explanation of Full Frontal without having to look it up in the books/online?

As you can see these are soild one piece versions of Barbatos's canon, so if you want functional moving canons you'll have to buy another op1 set which..... doesn't seem... that bad of an idea.....
