No, the jingles are done by Eizo Sakamoto with Akio Otsuka being the deep voice

Huh, that's honestly really cool to see that they held back the Concept Forms because they decided this time they'd let us have our imaginations run wild and mix and match different forms with Riders.

It’s kind of interesting to see how this works — that of all things, the thighs are the one constant.

Shouldn’t the left side of Saber and Blades’ helmets here be yellow instead of black, too?

I wonder though why Espada differs from Saber, Blades, hell even Calibur slightly.

Espada's base armor is white with the lining having gold spikes while Blades and Saber are consistent with the black base armor. Calibur even shares the black base armor as well kinda.

That's not really anything new. Necrom's base suit was practically in the same boat when it came to differences between him and Ghost and Spectre. It's just a change that helps differentiate riders while matching with their overall color scheme or detail specifics, especially when most are using the base suit design.
