It would be interesting to see a show blow up like MLP did. A lot of people cite examples of Regular Show and Steven Universe, but those were aimed for a far different demographic and merely hit the nail on the head. MLP, being a kids show (Incidentally aimed for girls), becoming the force it is now was pretty amazing.
I'm curious to see it happen again.

I doubt it. For nostalgia sake, I used to be big into CB when I was little, I watched the newer ones. They aren't great. They just really aren't. Steven Universe though I used to hate, but recently I've started really enjoying it.

Star vs the Forces of Evil is a really fun show.

Having never been into Care Bears, I can't comment, since I never had the desire to watch the newer series.
However, being someone who outright despised MLP and couldn't stand the sight of it, I do certainly know the feeling of loving a show you once wanted destroyed :lol

Huh. I'm more curious if the ending will be a proper finale or not. Mainly because this is an AS show, and they tend to be giant dicks when it comes to fan expectations and desires.

That's true; AS seems to just be nothing but trolls who will say whatever crap they want, air what they want within reason and treat most of their fanbase as garbage. Yet they are never faulted for their shoddy workmanship.

Here's hoping whatever goes into ATHF's time slot will be a worthwhile show.

As for an ending: It's Aqua Teen. Saying it'll get an Gainex Ending isn't likely to be true. The show has devolved into mind screw nonsense and since it has no over laying plot it'll never get a great ending.

But I'm happy it's ending. Maybe Cartoon Network will fully get its head out of its ass and start being a Outstanding channel again. There's great programming on there but it could stand to get some junk trimmed.

AS has been known to end shows for good. If they say it's the final season then it's likely final. With The Boondocks they said Season 4 was going to be the last season and it end up being the last season.

Tomorrow Steven Universe airs "Reformed"

It's about a monster attacking and Steven, Garnet and Amethyst are trying to deal with it.

This show always has some niffy twist to its plots. I'm looking forward to seeing just who or what the monster is.

At the recommendation of one of my favorite internet critics, I finally started Steven Universe. I expected it to be another bad gross out comedy cartoon, but it's surprisngly good!

It is! It's a good example of not judging a book by it's cover.

I don't think we even have gross out cartoons these days? I thought those died out after 1999 or 2000?

Most gross out stuff have been relegated to "Adult" series, like Adult Swim and Fox's animation block.

Got to watch the unfinished episodes of Star Wars: The Clone Wars (The Bad Batch storyline.) It was really good, in my opinion. Loved the Bad Batch squad the most. Mostly because of their unique personalities.

I already like this a lot more than the typical DC-animated movie, which nowadays is usually a complete butchering of two arcs worth of comics in one movie which makes no sense at all. Like the "Batman vs. Robin"-thing which was basically Court of the Owls with some Robin mixed in, or this "Throne of Atlantis"-movie which was kinda the first New 52 Justice League book and a later Aquaman comic thrown in a blender.

Not that the whole "Justice League is evil"-idea is an innovative new thing, it isn’t, but at least it's some fresh air. From what I get this Superman is the son of General Zod and the Batman of this universe is Dr. Kirk Langstrom, I really like that.

I enjoyed it quite a bit, but I'm surprised by how underpowered Batman himself is in this movie.
