Just got a payment request from HLJ for AC Duke. Eh? Firstly, didn't this figure come out months ago? It was so long ago, I don't even remember preordering it. I don't mind, as it's an excuse to add more AC goodness to my collection, but the passive aggressive three day payment window for an email that sprang up months late, and completely out of the blue, pisses me off a little.

They just got a restock and were going back to fill in orders for people who didn't get them the first time around. I got burned by that once. I've had to take to canceling anything they don't fill with their initial shipment so I don't get slapped with an unexpected expense months down the line.

Proper photos to come later on in the week maybe. As my first Figuarts vehicle, I am definitely impressed. Although it lacks in accessories, it doesn't stop it from looking fantastic.

The Sakura Hurricane is fantastic, it's still second to autovajin for me because well it doesn't transform but as a bike it's beautiful, really nice design. Would have been nice if they included an effect part that could recreate the swirl when they go into another portal.

Do the SG lockseed cases ever go back in stock on Amiami? I've been pretty good about resisting most of the Lockseed resleases but would really like to grab a set of Series 9.

Yes. It's usually only a couple batches though. The box of set 9 I got was from the restock. Those are still in stock now actually. It might take some time, but there are usually restocks. I've got set 9 in my figinstock notices. I plan on buying 2 cases. This is one instance where I actually want to keep a set in box.

Which is better in price, value and playability: Sengoku Driver or Genesis Driver?

Sengoku Driver. 2-3 locks (if you get the set with the Holder), multiple sounds thanks to the 2 face plates included VS the Genesis Driver's 1 Lock Seed and few sounds. Plus if you wanna focus on one Rider, you can just focus on getting the Locks for the Sengoku Driver, while you have to only buy 3 Energy Lock Seeds for the Genesis Driver, and Cherry is a hard to get one now and Lemon is only available with the Sonic Arrow.

What he said. Peach is starting to get rarer, but Cherry is seriously hard to find. Plus, Sonic Arrow is expensive to most depending on where you order.

Yes it's a normal release. The same thing happened with Kiwami. AmiAmi's orders went up way later. They haven't put it up yet. Kiwami's listing happened not too long before release actually. I'm assuming the Gold/Silver set will be the same.

I want to say you might not have to worry about it because though Kiwami sold fast, it, along with the kachidoki set received numerous restocks. Once it does go up, I'm adding it to my figinstock straight away.

Yeah, I've got 2 Sonic Arrows backordered at HLJ. Should be pretty decent price if they ever come in.

Exactly my trouble. I wish they just sold the DX Orange lock separately. I don't want the candy, gashapon, or fresh versions.

I'd settle for the Candy/Gash versions of Banana and Orange if they weren't so gorram impossible to find at a decent price.

The driver is great tho, pushing down on the blade is really satisfying, as well as plugging the lockseed in.
