Hey guys, I was having this conversation with my friend awhile ago.
What final forms do you consider for each heisei riders. My friend insists that the final forms are what is on the K-Touch. Then I ask him, for OOO, is it Super Tatoba or Putotyra? Den-O, is it Liner or Super Climax? Hope to hear thoughts from you guys on it. :D |

The Final Form for Den-O is Liner The Final Form for Fourze is Cosmic I don't count movie-only forms. |

Just a random thought of the day. |
Looks like a simpler version of Red Falcon....
|
So they announce a Gavan, but he is a web exclusive?
What is the deal with TyrannoRanger? I love him (the shoulders only look weird due to the white diamonds), but is he going to be easily available? Are they going to do the other rangers and make them easily available? |
We'll find out in due time. Tyranno Ranger is almost certainly going to be mass release, but the others (who I can't see them not making) are unknown at this point. The general consensus seems to be Tamashii exclusives in Japan (sans maybe Dragon Ranger) and mass releases in the US ala the DBZ Figuarts. They'll probably get new MMPR packaging too.

But, Liner Form is much better looking than Climax form, so that makes it better.
Also, it allows for the Imagins take take their own Den-O forms as your signature shows, so wouldn't six Den-Os be more powerful than just one? |

All Liner does is allow the Imagin to communicate with Ryutaro while he fights, through his sword, and sort of support him. Climax (or rather Super) is the true final form in my opinion because all of the Imagin collect their power into one container along with Ryutaro also being present. |
I'm gonna say Liner is his Final Form. I consider Ryoutaro Den-O, not any of the Imagin, so the fact that he gets to do his own thing and fight for himself is what makes it special in that sense.
And for OOO? Super Tatoba. It just feels fitting. Like everything's come full circle. |

PuToTyra makes things full circle because he used his own Greed for that power. |

So Meteor Storm and Cosmic States came in today. Just cracked open Meteor Storm and...
Does anybody else's have an obscenely loose belt that flops around everywhere and a Meteor Driver that keeps popping off? Minor problems, sure, but annoying. Oh and his left bicep wouldn't rotate. Felt like I was going to snap it while trying to get it to, but it eventually did... --- And now Cosmic States. Oh my god those little switches are annoying! Already almost lost the Radar Switch. Comic States' shoulders are also pretty darn weird. Can't remember how the fins sticking off his chest moved in the show anymore, though, but hey at least they can be moved. And mine also has pretty loose hips and can barely hold the Barizun Sword... But at least he looks badass. And when it comes down to it that's really why I'm buying these. |

When I see Super Climax Form, it's like a combination of all of Den-O's available powers. Making it his final form, sort of like Blade King Form, Armed Hibiki etc. |
Plus he only used Super for...half an episode?
|
Okay. The Final Form discussion's been moved to it's own thread. So let's get back on topic.. Do you know why I want Megaforce to be wildly popular? My Gosei Knight is lonely. And I'd love to have him on a shelf beside the entire Goseiger team.

*Ahem* "It doesn't matter how popular Megaforce is, because it's not from Japan." |

"The Megaforce characters use the Gosei designs, but they're not Goseiger. Even if they're the most popular series ever in North America, they would have no influence on whether or not they would get a release, and would be purely coincidental if they did." :p |
Honestly I kind of dislike the Goseiger uniform design. The helmet is extremely cool from the side, but I dislike the crest and their high-waisted jumpsuits. They look like Revolutionary War era British redcoats, without the tails that make those jackets tolerable.
|
I kind of like the Gosei design.
The only real issue is the all white legs on them. I wouldn't be against a Gosei Figuart release. |

I love the Goseiger suit design, so I would love to see them get figures. I doubt I'd pick them all up, but Red and (wishful thinking) Brajira would be definite buys.
Of course, this is coming from someone who still needs Gosei Knight. |

Actually, the Goseiger suits are the only thing I like about the show.

If the Zyuranger/MMPR guys sell well, I think there's a good chance they'll do Goseiger and that would be mainly be to sell to the US (since Goseiger was a pretty unpopular show) just as the Zyurangers are mainly to appease the US market, and after that who knows. But the key word to take in there is if. The difference with MMPR/Megaforce and Lord Zedd, is that with the MMPR/Megaforce lines, they can still sell to Japan, where they're going to make a lot more money than they are here. Saban & Blufin aren't stupid, they're going to wait and see if the line is sucessful first. I'm really not sure how I can explain that any more plainly. We're not going to see anything directed purely towards the US yet, because for all we know Tyranno Ranger might be wildly unpopular and then lose Blufin and Saban a lot of money. They aren't going to take a gamble on something like that, especially since the Shinkengers they brought over already didn't exactly set the world on fire. Expecting otherwise is, frankly, crazy and I'm tired of defending myself from crude jabs by people who apparently don't understand business and lack even the remotest amount of common sense. If you're so enraged by my opinion, make a different thread or PM me laying out your points for why you think it's such a sure thing and I'll consider discussing it with you in a more civil manner. I'm sure the rest of the board is as sick of these circular arguments as I am. |

It's based on the statements that people wanted Zedd (Note: Not expected to get one, simply wanting one), but your refusal to let them dream :p I'm not enraged by your opinion, I'm just poking fun at the overall mentality from your posts of "If it's not from Japan first, it will never get a figure." |

I would easily by the other 5 Goseigers (and gosei Green please?) to go along with my Gosei Knight. |
BTW, did they say if the TyrannoRanger and Daizyujin were going to be repackaged int MMPR packaging? Or are they just going to slap a sticker over it the Japanese box? I hope it is the later.
