Really tired of the One Year War stuff, but yeah, Blue Destiny would be great for an OVA. Would be really cool to see the EXAM system in action.

...How? Origin's the only major OYW animation project they've done since 8th MS Team in the late 90s hell Unicorn is the only major UC animation project they've done period since Victory in the early 90s.

Even model wise we aren't getting much OYW stuff compared to the AUs.

So when you look at it that way, spread across 27 years (the span of time Gundam OVAs have existed), it's not too bad. It's just when you compare it to other stuff that it shows how much OYW stuff.

Origin can fall in to either category as it's a prequel, but it also gets into the One Year war itself. I don't know about Age's memory of Eden either, but I throw that in the same pile as the Special editions/movie compilations.

It's just, when you look over the history of OVAs throughout Gundam, half of them being dedicated to just the One Year War Time period is kinda of annoying. Okay we get it, a lot of stuff happened in the One Year War. We don't need to keep revisiting that same time period just to see some slightly different aesthetics of stuff we already know. There's so many other times in U.C. or even alternate Universes to expand.Why can't we get an OVA set between F91 and Crossbone? Why can't we get a G-Gundam sidestory? Why can't we get an After War X OVA?

So remember that new Unicorn novel I mentioned awhile back... turns out it just compiles some Unicorn side story stuff all into one Volume with some extra little things. So no sequel to Unicorn (as of right now).

But, to make up for that, Badai is teasing the next RG after 00 Quanta!

My bets are on the Unicorn, because no duh, main suit. But I think Sinaju might come out later if the fan reaction is strong enough to warrant an RG Sinanju.

I'm already shuddering at the thought of an RG Unicorn. It can't possibly end well if that try to make that thing transform.

I bet you Destroy mode is a mass release and Unicorn mode is a P-Bandai exclusive.

Yeahhhh...I know RGs are (suppossedly) better now at being not fragile but I cannot see Unicorn fairing well if they make it transformable.
