Well yeah cause again, it's missing all the accessories the original came with on-top of being a translucent variant. If it came with everything the original came with, it'd probably fetch a bit more as an alternative to the original release.

As is, you'd have to get this and then spend extra to get SHFUpgrade's add-on set that puts the missing parts back.

Really really cool that the Rise Hopper has the same glow-in-the-dark thing as Rising Hopper. Out of curiosity, do Shining Hopper and 001 also do this?

IIRC all of the Zero-One forms do this with the exception of Hell Rising for obvious reasons

I was surprised to find out that the entry grade model kit of Zero One also glows under blacklight, though not as brightly as the SHF.

They've given out a hint of what'll be revealed next stream; including Revice, a 01 SHF and... something else, I'm going to assume a Seihou.

Very much of note, the website notes "Furthermore, from "Kamen Rider Zero One", a follow-up report on that item that attracted attention at the event exhibition ...! ??". Now given that Tamashii's only new 01 items were 02 and Lone Wolf, and they use the series logo here instead of the movie... they couldn't be about to release 02 this early, could they??

Would be confusing as to how Zero-Two ver. Aruto gets announced before the earlier ver. Izu but it won't be surprising (Arabian Night).

I'm thinking it would be the opposite actually; Izu ver before Aruto since she was shown at the event. It could be Ark-Zero as he was the only other 01 SHF at the event besides Lone Wolf and 02 not released yet, but with the wording they're using I don't think he attracted much attention at Tamashii -- especially since it was his second appearance. I saw a lot of coverage of 02, though.

I'm seriously burned out on Zero-One and the next reveal will decide if I continue to buy them or not. I'm so tired of this snail pace, that is perfectly understandable yet at the same pisses me off regardless. They're just checking boxes and releasing figures that have been on display for what feels like ages and it's boring.

At this point I think it’s better for my wallet to just wait for the one suit I actually want and skip the rest.

I bought all of the so far, save for the bike, Hellrising Hopper and the clear variants, and at this point I'm asking myself why I even bothered. It will take like 5-10 years until I have all the final forms, if they even release them.

As far as the Seihou is concerned - I still want Birth, but they also have the Showa Riders ready which I would take all, would be cool if it's V3, Stronger or Super-1.

This is the Preban stream, so I don't think they'd show any of the Showa Riders -- I'd assume as main Riders they'd all be retail. I could see it being something like Battle Hopper though, or perhaps one of #1's older suits or Shocker Rider.

It makes enough sense. 50th #1 released last year, 50th #2 is happening this year (near enough to Ichimonji's run), and then next April we'll have V3's 50th; follow that with Riderman later in the year; X shortly after and then both X and Amazon are so short that a 50th re-issue of Amazon and Stronger wouldn't have long waits between each other either. It also means Bandai gets to space out their retail releases

Please be Shinkocchou Seihou Saga, or an SS version of Shocker Rider, a crazy easy Repaint/moneygrab for Bandai

Is there a difference between Izu ver. and regular Zero-Two? Or is this like a waist thing?

From what we can tell from the prototype shown off back at the winter showcase it seems to be the case because looking at that teaser photo the proportions and height looks no different from regular Zero-One...

If there is indeed no size or proportion difference and just a matter of a slimmer waist area then I feel they could of made this be both interchangeable to either Aruto or Izu version

The hands are probably different.

There's not really a precedent for interchangeability like that in SHF. Especially when the swap wasn't a pre-planned engineering design.

A separate figure, however minor the adjustments, is much more in line with the SHF line.

Don Momotaro makes me ridiculously happy, I wished for this to happen too often than I would like to admit. And they did not disappoint, it looks amazing. The only thing I could want at this point is for them to include his hand fan, but I wouldn’t be mad if they decide not to. He already has all the weapons he needs.

Although this release does make a bit sad that there's no Stacaesar or Twokaiser yet, it seems "main guy only" is the new modus operandi for Sentai Figuarts. Which is, all things considered, still better than the alternative, which is getting nothing at all. Zenkaiser in packaging is awesome BTW, I'm very excited to get him.

As far a Zero-Two goes - I'm still a bit fed up with Zero-One Figuarts, or rather their release schedule, but I think I will buy this one. Using Zero-Two as Izu's Rider form was a great decision and the Double Rider-scene from the movie was fantastic.

It's quite interesting to me how they choose to advertise this exact scene with a two-pack. Interesting in the sense that, for one, there's already a whole bunch of Zero-One reissues, and two, it was not base Zero-One in that scene, it was Realizing Hopper. Which looks like base Zero-One, sure, but not in Tamashii world where Realizing Hopper exists and does look different. But I guess re-releasing an event exclusive wouldn’t go over well with fans.

FUCK yes!! Zero-Two is the Figuart I was waiting on aside from Lone Wolf and I figured I'd be left waiting for a long time, but guess I was right on the ball with my stream prediction! Not often I get those right.

A 2-pack with 01 is both extremely interesting and funny given this is that figure's, what, 6th release including Realizing and Ichiban? I never thought anyone would overtake Build but here we are. Since I don't actually have a Rising Hopper yet I might have to go for this one; I was considering Ichiban but I guess this'll depend on if there's any exclusive accessories.

Dunno if Zero-Two is the reveal for next week and it just got leaked early, but it might be.

The exclusive accessory to the double rider set is a stand for them to, well, stand on.

I'm actually on the fence if I want to pick up the Izu version and half-pretend it's Aruto or wait for Aruto's version. Idk, maybe I kinda hope she comes with the Hopper Blade. I'm not holding out for it, but it'll be cool.

The accessories are really what might sting for me. Definitely cool that they include Izu's pose hands but I really hope they include the usual splayed hands for action poses and such. Hopper Blade would be nice but since Izu herself never used it I definitely can see them not including it and making it an appeal of the later Aruto version -- not a dealbreaker for me either way though
