Clearly they're full of it. At this point that's literally the only explanation. HLJ purposefully oversells pre-orders so that they guarantee they sell out of product. But they don't care if they can't fill all of them. They're selling out. When it happens EVERY SINGLE TIME it isn't a case of them getting less than they were offered. It's a case of them continuing to be one of the worst online retailers in existence.
They can't pass the blame along every time someones order isn't fulfilled because of their crappy business practices. Or at least they shouldn't. But it's clearly what they are doing. Meanwhile Sentai Tamashii and I got Den-Liners at Amiami. So I'm good now. |
I wonder if they order from a reseller themselves (like maybe they're not big enough to order direct like most do). That could explain the issue.
It's annoying because they DO have a great ordering system and they have the cheapest shipping methods I've seen (barring waiting 2 months for it to come by sea). Just sucks the fulfillment side can't keep up with the rest. |

I think the worst parts is that the jerk-asses don't even bother you to email you they're not fulfilling their order. You have to contact them for them to give some bad excuse for the umpteenth time.
