I got one over wonder trade! It's the only good thing I got besides an omanyte. Hopefully will be breeding it soon.

The good things I've gotten via Wonder Trade have been Froakie, Archen, Speed Boost Torchic (Non event), and a few others who I'm derping on right now :lol

The only good thing i got from wonder trades was a japanese Noibat.

So far i got a Jolteon, Machop, and a japanese Ditto through Wonder Trade.

I made it to the champion in X. Her team is pretty easy to take down with one tiny exception...
Her freaking Gardevoir! Seriously that thing is pure torture!

I got a Japanese Durant... So that's the extent of my good wonder trades. Rest have been fletchlings or simisages.

In terms of Pokemon from other countries, I've gotten a Spanish Sandile, a Japanese Ralts, Bunnelby, Zubat, Froakie, Doduo, Flambebe, Slowpoke, Furfrou, Pikachu, and Ghastly, a German Solosis and Larvesta, and a French Bergmite.

I beat the Pokemon League in X. My final thoughts: Some things could have been done better like the whole Team Flare ordeal and the Gym leaders not being involved in the story at all, seriously i really want to get to know these gym leaders more but as they are now i don't remember much.

But other than that the Kalos region was incredibly fun to explore though i don't see what everybody says when they say it's the biggest region, it seemed to be the same size as Unova to me. The New Pokemon were pretty cool, all of these designs and only one i didn't like! (Looking at you Klefki) The elite four was by far my favorite designed out of all of them.

All in all next to Ruby and Sapphire this may be my favorite Pokemon game ever.

What makes R/S superior?

No real reason to be honest, it's just that one game i can replay over and over again and never get tired of it.

One thing they all share in common is a preference for Dark types, in my opinion.

Just a weird observation, why, across 6 generations, have there not been any Dark type gyms?

I think it's mostly because of balance. Since they're only weak to bug and fighting. And those attacks aren't super easily found/obtained. They could stand to be an 8th gym somewhere, but it's usually included in the elite four instead. That's not to say the elite four don't repeat types. Because they do.

How are bug type moves not easily found? Bug is the easiest type to obtain early game.
Hell, in B/W, the first gym is tailored so that you have an inferior type.

And why is this being spoiler marked? No dark type gyms exist. In what universe is that a spoiler?

Bugs are obnoxiously common. Like irl.

And I guess on the possibility that somebody doesn't know the Gyms of VI.
Anyways that's a little overkill, and this is coming from a guy who puts spoiler tags to everything.

Plus, Dark are now weak to Fairy too, so, yeah...

Bug is astoundingly easy to get early game. A Beedrill with Twinneedle was a staple on my team for about 15 levels until I dropped it.

And there are 18 types. There is, inexplicably, always going to be 10 (9 previously) types that won't get a gym.

Oh yeah. I keep forgetting that.

And ultimately I guess with all the hype surrounding the game, people are more wary of spoilers than usual.
Meh... I've never cared about gym types enough to consider it spoilers, but to each their own. It's understandable.
