Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate

That Gore Magala fight on the ship really was a surprise to me. It really was a huge change of pace from the village parts of MH3. It was annoying to fight since it was such a small space but I think it does do a good job of introducing the main villainous monster and showing you the new mechanics.

This game seems really really easy so far. Maybe its because I have worked my way through part of G-rank in 3U and I developed my skill as a result, but it doesn't seem like monsters do a lot of damage and I kill them in 10-15 minutes.

I started playing Majora's Mask today. I've had quite a bit of fun exploring and collecting, but I haven't even gotten to the first dungeon yet. To be honest, the time limit thing is annoying as ****. I just got to the Deku King part and was on my last 10 hours, which there was no way in hell I was going to be able to beat that, do whatever I need to get to the dungeon, etc, all in that time frame, so I decided to go back. Now I am probably going to have to rescue the witch all over again. UGH!!

So far, Dragon Ball Xenoverse has been a blast.

It really captures what the anime is like pretty well and it's the best modern Dragon Ball game in my opinion.

That's good to hear Kiryu. DBZ was overhyped during its heyday but it still holds up for the most part. Glad to see it's getting the video game it deserves all along.

It took a while but the SNES DKC Trilogy is now on Wii U!!!

I just brought DKC1 since I'm low on eShope funds but once I get a new eShop card both Diddy's Kong Quest and Dixie's Double Trouble will be mine once more!

OMG OMG OMG!!!!! Is it all three games for one price or $8 for each game?

Anyway, still in Majora's Mask. It is a pretty cool game, but I'm not a fan of the time limit thing. Yes, I know about the inverted song to slow down the countdown, but it is still annoying to have to go back in time in the middle of a sidequest and having to start it over, only to find out after working on it again that you don't have every item necessary to complete it in the first place, making you have to do it for a third time later on. UGH!! Other than that, it is a pretty cool game. No where near as good as OoT, but it is nice to be playing a game that steps away from the normal formula. I just beat the second dungeon and the boss of it was pretty awesome. The dungeon was a slight pain in the ass though, but still fun. Just very time consuming. Unfortunately, I ran out of time to do the side missions after I beat him, so I'm going to have to go back and beat him just to do that.

So I've now played and beaten the first 3 Monkey Island games, which gave me a great desire to learn how to program. I'd have to say out of the 3 of them the third is my favorite, I felt that the style was the best, the story the most well written, and the Comedy at its wittiest, though the 2nd one is a close contender.

Ugh, sitting at 98.5% completion in GTA and can't figure out what I have left to do.

Finally, I have the Super Sayian skill for my create-a-character.

There's two ways to unlock the skill: the hard way is to get it from a Parallel Quest, the easy way is to finish the Android/Cell Saga in the main story and buy it from the store. Of course, since I'm playing as a Sayian I wanted the skill early so I decided to try the hard way...it's not as easy as it sounds.

First off you need to complete one of the Parallel Quests which involves you defeating Goku in Super Sayian while also making sure First Form Freiza stays alive for the whole fight. Not as easy as it sounds because Goku in Super Sayian as you would imagine deals A LOT of damage. So I've been trying for the last two nights now to get the Super Sayian skill this way, FINALLY managed to defeat SSJ Goku after a dozen attempts...only to come out of that mission empty handed...yeah you can imagine how pissed/frustrated I was.

That sounds really difficult to obtain a character customization skill. It's not like a rare item or weapon of sorts.

Yeah but at the same time it's Super Sayian, it feels right needing to earn the skill like that.

Oh I forgot to mention that Goku going SS is completely random in that mission.

Finishing my copy of Fire Emblem Awakening (completed the game on a friend's version, now I'm doing it myself, and foolishly on Hard mode (meaning less fun and more soft resets)), and planning on getting Xenoverse before I turn grey.

Been playing dragon ball xenoverse latly and I am loving it.

Huzzah, figured it out! 100% completion reached!

Besides the last street race I knew I was missing and waiting to activate, turns out I had never robbed a store of all things. Or the right type I guess, since I definitely had a couple times. So while driving around for the race I robbed a store out of boredom and *boom* 98.5% -> 99.8% complete. (And Rockstar Social Club still has all of my missions, etc. marked as incomplete, so that was useless for tracking...)

Now to get 70 gold medals and I'll be all done with GTA V single player.

Been playing minster hunter 4 ultimate recently and it is tons of fun. Are there any other hunters here though?

GTA 5:

Tried taxi driving yesterday. I'm making money but not enough to offset the fact that I'm driving a lot for chump change. Also brought the dock with Trever, Los Santos Customs with Franklin and another bar with Michael.

Well, I'm nearly done with Majora's Mask. I finished the other two dungeons yesterday and my god, the boss of the last dungeon took FOREVER to die. Of course, that dungeon also took forever to beat as I started it at 8am on the first day and finished the boss at 10pm on the final day.

I only need 5 heart containers and 1 mask to go as far as sidequesting goes.

Today I should be finishing the game.

Playing through Resident Evil: Director's Cut, the voice acting never gets old xD

I started playing through the Professor Layton series again.
I'm at the second chapter of Last Specter.

Got legend of heroes: trails in the sky and freedom planet from gog.

First one is a pretty good JRPG. Oldschool graphics but i like the characters so far.

Freedom Planet is a really good Jump n' Run. Clearly it wants to be like the old sonic games and it does it really good. Just pure fun :D

Back into playing Wind Waker. Got quite a ways to go still.

I just encountered the Seregios and man is that thing freaky looking. It looks like a pinecone lol. But I can't wait to make a weapon out of that thing once I get my Tigrex great sword upgraded.

I also fought Brute Tigrex. And yeah... that did not end well. It is ridiculously scary because it is huge and its roars hurt a lot

Finished Ori and the Blind Forest. It was absolutely fantastic. Its a really challenging game and beautiful to look at.

I have gone OLD school! Crystalis, StarTropics, and Mega Man 3 have been what I have been playing for the past couple days on my NES.

Been playing Shin megami tensei strange journey and damn the normal battle music sounds like an epic boss theme. Also god I hate Mitra's stage.
