I'm very glad you are doing it. I see a lot of people default to Tokullectibles which doubles the price a lot and it's also been harder for me to find proxy options since Zenmarket stopped working with preban links; so knowing what options are there is great

Honestly I'm not sure because I missed out and had just started getting into preordering kamen rider figuarts that year more consistently. I did check the Premium Bandai website for Valkyrie and her preorder window was only for a month while Jeanne is for 2 months so I believe that short window combined with probably limited stock played a part in her selling out fast.

I second this and appreciate you and everyone else providing links to other sites you've used. Tokullectibles can be great at times when it comes to price but often times I found it much cheaper to just import stuff myself. I love the success they have and are a great alternative to BBTS who are way overpriced.

So I was able to order Genius and Demons with Zenmarket and bypass the Premium Bandai website. If you go on the release calendar on Tamashii's page, there are links for the web shop page when you open the individual item. I then confirmed the amount Zenmarket was charging was the same as the listed price

@Topic: Zenkaiser is starting to pop up in-hand. Seems like the cape is a much softer material than I expected. And in an IMO okay way of cost saving, part of the back is left unpainted. Considering I don't display my figures facing the wall and that it has a cape that covers this section most of the time I'm fine with it.

That's honestly a smart way of saving cost without it being blatant because no one is actually going to display Zenkaizer from behind with his cape up.

I could see it being a little annoying in some poses, but the majority of the time it won't matter. It's probably why he's about 6000 yen rather than something a little higher

I thought the same but really, looking at what is painted on the torso, I can't really see any poses you can put him in that make his back visible. Not even a side angle.

I hope that Sevenger re-release has some better legs. The first version is oddly top heavy and the legs do not feel like they can support his weight at all. I can get him to stand, but I don’t trust him to not crash into the ground!

King Joe storage custom is a surprisingly light figure in comparison to Sevenger. I think they could probably hollow up Sevenger’s trash can torso and maybe make the legs a bit stronger or heavier and it should be good.

Can he hold Beliarok? They gave him some holding hands and did not want to show that off?

Happy to see Sevenger SHF get a re-release. The Lights & Sound "DX" version was a real mistake on Bandai's part. My copy's waist joint is totally loose and I thought I just got a bad copy, but it turns out its on all copies. Stay away!

I don't think it's cloth, more like vinyl. Like the cape Kingdurian has for example.

On a side angle you do kind of see it if you look for it because the stripes don't extend on the back side of the torso. Still perfectly fine choice IMO.

Also, regarding the paper fan, wouldn't it be relatively easy to scratchbuild one? Just print out the design, cut it out of paper and then stick two wooden splints on the sides. Although I do understand the dissapointment at it not being included.

Though, since I buy from other lines, I actually have a fan lying around :lol

I do like the colors though. For one because it looks cool, and because it suggests the red & silver of Shin is actually a unique color and every Ultra is colored differently. Whereas in the show most Showa Ultra are red & silver to some degree.

I thought about that, but it may come down to what hands he includes exactly. Because weapon holding hands don't really work for holding a fan.

SHFUpgrade might just make a set with a new right holding hand and a fan though, but I'm not sure if I want to put money down for it.

Seihou Akaranger feels like an inevitability at some point. Not that I terribly need one; the original holds up shockingly well!

It should be noted that the Gokai Red shown off during the event was just labeled as "S.H. Figuarts Gokai Red". Not a Seihou, despite being an update of a pre-existing character.

So, if Akared were to ever get a new release, he'd probably just called Akared only.

I hope this new sentai line does well that they go back to the shows after the hiatus. I'd love a KiramaiRed cause who knows if Hasbro will ever adapt that. I think Don Momotaro being listed so early in the show's run is a good sign

Yes please, any form of Sentai representation in the figuarts line is appreciated. I gotta say though with as many appearances Deka Master continues to make with the most recent being in Superhero Senki I feel it's only right they finally do him in the line. He's feel like an unofficial mascot for Super Sentai aside from them using the red rangers

These two are amazing in-hand and might just be my favourite SHFs yet. Their designs lend themselves well to being a super expressive duo of figures to mess around with and the sheer amount of detail is beautiful. I may be biased since I'm loving the show and this is one of my favourite Main Rider designs ever, but I'm extremely happy I picked these two up. One of my best purchases of the year already
