Whoever was in charge of the Facebook page used to be so good at answering questions. Now they just actively don't give a damn and never tell anyone what's going on and it sucks.

Finally got my Sasuke. Curiously, he came from Amazon fulfillment (which I wouldn't have even noticed if it weren't for the non-standard packaging and lack of Amazon tape that made me look at the label to figure out what it was) and not Amazon proper. So... probably not a Bluefin import and they're still having issues? Or maybe I'm thinking into it too much, I don't know.

I really hate his limited face options...

That's something about the anime SHF releases that really bugs me, especially the Scouts.

It was, along with 16, Shadow Moon, and Mecha King Ghidorah, but like Gamera, they hvae all been delayed because of that retarded bitch ass strike in LA.

Oh look at that, the Alphamon I was supposed to get today has been delayed.

Guess I should expect him this time next month? And my Kuuga preordered for the end of April I'll get the end of May? And heck, Yoshi for May now in June?

I understand that there's issues. But I really, really don't like Bluefin's utter ignorance of questions and their silence. Just say once "everything is being delayed for the obvious port reason, but you will still get them" and put minds at ease. If they have, shame on me for missing it (or maybe they need to repeat it), but... Ugh. Hard to want to keep supporting a company that keeps making it seem like they don't care about their customers anymore.

Back to Sasuke... Man, it feels weird to say, but that is kind of something the One Piece Figuarts have done better than recent anime ones. The faces. They actually had a good selection and basically covered all you needed. And still threw in the goofy one on top for those who might have wanted it. Hell, Sanji even somehow had an entire face cut out from his tray (despite being all over the back of his box... and coincidentally my favorite one) and Bandai made it right by shipping them to retailers who then forwarded them all on to people who had bought him. Easily my favorite moment with HLJ. So he ended up with a great selection.

But Sasuke... *sigh*. Ideally, I'd have liked:

His current stoic, the current angry face (although that could undeniably use some tweaking), a mouth closed angry/stern, and a face looking to the side to show him in motion all in normal and Sharingan variants. Okay that part is a bit much to ask for, true... But it would have been nice. A split between just those four sculpts of which eyes he has would have been okay too. And absolutely he needed a fifth style where one eye is closed and the other is wide open with blood pouring down from it as was so often shown when he would use any Mangekyou ability.

They're such little things, the faces. But they would help so much to me. Because as he is now, he either looks bored or ridiculous.

Hell, Rock Lee is probably only going to have two faces as well, and the second one shown for him is absolutely hideous.

Besides that, I think my only other issue is the knot hanging from his belt. The double ball jointed peg holding it on is comically long.

Three weeks or so, and that's not nearly enough time to make the backlog of shipping containers magically vanish. The repercussions will probably be felt for a few months more, but it'll definitely get better.

As for Bluefin's lack of communication, it is a shame that it hasn't been properly addressed. Things have been different for the past year or so, presumably because someone else is in charge of all the PR stuff now. Pure speculation, but this backlog probably won't effect their releases after the April batch. Unless you're ordering from Amazon, because their stock seems to be especially slow these days to come in, even more than usual.

Is the Figuart really our first look at the Mark 45? Lol. But it does make me wish I held out for the inevitable second suit (since there's now a precedence of Iron Man replacing his main armor halfway through movies...) instead of grabbing the Mark 43 so fast. *sigh* I still only want an Iron Man. So might have a Mark 43 for sale if I get a 45 preorder...

I'm digging the Avengers, minus Cap's head design and maybe Thor's likeness. Luke is pretty cool too. But for the non-toku side of Figuarts I am surprisingly digging the Akuma Shogun much more. Think I need to find somewhere actually selling Warsman and play catchup on the line when I have more money.

Yeah, kind of regretting jumping on the Mark 43 now. Oh well.

Mark 45 makes me incredibly happy I couldn't afford the 43 at the time it went up. I'll be getting that one instead for sure, even though right now I can't actually make out that much difference between them :lol

Prices for all the Figuarts are just as I expected them to be (pretty much the same as the Figmas, save for Iron Man being cheaper), and just like the Figmas I don't expect them to come with a whole lot either. Not a big deal, as they'll definitely come with all the necessary stuff.

Dates are perfect too! My July order is tiny so fitting Hulk and Cap there isn't a problem, and the Agito is the only toku figure I want from August so that's a perfect fit. Might be able to squeeze Luke in too...wasn't gonna get him originally, but I guess Darth Vader will be lonely on his own.

Now we just wait patiently for all the pre-orders to go up and the announcement of the Hulkbuster suit. I really hope these sell well enough for Bandai to consider doing Hawkeye and Blackwidow if they haven't already. I also wonder if we'll be getting Ultron, I'm sure everyone would love an Ultron to go up against the Avengers.

After looking at Imperialdramon Paladin Mode again, it kinda makes me hesitate on getting the Fighter Mode now...but really I'm probably going to cave. I'm going to try for MK 43, but no promises. Thor's a given, as I need to see him compared to the Figma. And I think Luke is a lock...everything else I'm playing by ear.

That happened to me with some Gunpla I ordered...a week later they took the listing down.

Guyver Spawn, all the Bluefin releases from February and March that Amazon hasn't received have all been "temporarily out of stock" for some time now, since Amazon cannot determine how long it will take until the stock finally arrives to them. Alphamon would be included among those releases.

Alphamon, Gamera, Mecha King Ghidorah, Artificial Human 16, Sailor Neptune, Shadow Moon, and many many others have all been delayed because of a bullshit strike that occurred at the docks in LA. It sucks, but there is nothing we can do about it.

Are the old D-arts figure bigger compared to new figuarts that would be consider D-arts back then? Because all my Persona D-arts are fairly some what big, and when I saw Palidramon in hand at B&N one time he just looked small.

That's odd because my order still says she is shipping in April.
