It's pretty cool how Kabuto is one of those seasons that can very neatly fit all its TV Rider suits (plus an HBV!!) into two waves. A ZECTrooper and the bikes would've been nice but for Riders themselves it's really just a Preban set of the movie trio and that's it. I wager we'll be seeing a preview of the next Chronicle line before too long...

Just to add: pre-orders open June 20 and releases in October

So my thought for the next wave is gonna be faiz cause faiz can just be 1 wave of Faiz, Accel, Blaster, Kaixa and Delta. Blade Raider did propose the idea to me that they could do a wave of just orphanoics since those seem to sell pretty decently. I'm thinking Wolf, Horse, Crane, Snake, and Grasshopper, what do y'all think of that? What do you think the next set will be?

Going by SO-DO's focus on gimmicks or just popular elements and mechanics of each series (OOO's combos, Kabuto's cast off, Ryuki's mirror monsters and 13 riders), I think a Faiz line would almost certainly do all 3 Rider Machines. I could easily see the Auto Vajin with an accessory pack letting it transform being in the retail waves, and then Kaixa's Side Bashaar and Delta's Jet Sliger being Premium Bandai. Orphnochs would definitely not get a full wave to themselves, they're not *that* marketable. I could see Wolf and Horse being in a retail wave but then the others would be Preban. There's also the Riotroopers to consider

I could also see Faiz coming with effect parts. His kick is so iconic.

But yes, definitely would love an Auto Vajin!

I'd more or less agree with that prediction; though probably with Auto Vajin and Wolf swapped. For the record I also kind of get the idea that CHRONICLE won't bother much with accessory packs unless they feel it's absolutely necessary? We only ever saw it in Gaim due to the sheer amount of weapons Kiwami used, and we're now seeing in Kabuto Wave 2 the lengths they'll go to in packing accessories in with other figures. I can't think of anything in particular that was used by the Faiz riders that couldn't at worst be split between them and a second figure

Shodo-X really works for some suits better than others. The relative simplicity of W makes it look really good. That's a specific green and they nailed it.

Nice compound eyes are the one thing I find the most lacking. I can live with a lack of paint detail, but the eyes just make the figures look so dull.

Really cool that they're setting a precedent of doing more figures from previously-covered series in future waves. With SHODO-X it was one wave and that's your lot for Ex-Aid, Kabuto etc. Makes me wonder if the next wave will include Joker and Skull, or if they might even do popular requests from series covered way back like they did with the Kabuto Grongi and Wolf Orphenoch in SHODO-O.

I don't collect Shodo but that XX2 set looks great. If only the first XX set with Zero-One and Black wasn't order stop on HLJ.

Really good wave in general! Feels like there's something for everyone. I'm just extremely happy to see ZAIA myself -- and talking of which, like the SO-DO he's not a straight recolour; they used Ark-One's legs as a base and mixed them with the appropriate Thouser parts

I'm really happy to see that Evolt form. Between SO-DO and Shodo, there has been a great selection of final bosses and that Evolt form is the only one main line SO-DO has missed.

For anyone getting the latest wave of shodo-o, would you be willing to sell me your dupes? Im really just looking to get Ark-One, kaijin evol, or white wizard.

If you want a better color for Kamen Rider Vail, get some flat olive drab. It's a wonderful color for this toy. I left the head crest the green it came in for a bit of contrast. Now if I just had a good orange-y bronze to finish the beetle.

That DOES look a lot better, wow! I'm sure there's some limitation that prevented them from doing him in this colour but that green on Vail has been one of the biggest SO-DO disappointments in a while :[

Painted up the Turtle Genome. Only stickers left are Lovekov's eyes, the beak, and the mint green outline of the shell. Everything else, the blue, silver, red, orange and even black are all painted.
