That is most certainly it. Technique is his third form after Speed & Wild. The figure for it is designated TK-05. Looks pretty cool from what little I can see in that image.

I wonder if Tridoron different forms are related to the shift cars that change Drive's form

I believe there's a commercial for the DX Tridoron toy that corroborates this--IIRC, it calls the buggy-like form "Type Wild" and the wheeled mech form "Type Technique".
