ANYWHO. For Thero, I was thinking, what if:

Tyranno increases strength and adds armor to the bicep and thigh.
Spinosarus adds armor to the lower arms and gives him giant arm blades.
Raptor increases speed and adds armor to the lower legs; claws to the feet.
Carnotaurus Gives him control of fire and adds some plating to the back that glows, steams, or jets flame (or something) when he shoots fireballs or delivers a fire punch.

When preforming his combined mega finisher, it equips him with ALL of the armor parts and he does a flying kick with fiery visuals of each involved dino. As he breaks through the monster, the armor shatters and he lands back in the base Thero suit. Maybe there's a cooldown period after that where he can't use any of the power-ups for a time.

Then again its kinda redundant to use held weapons when your armor could already work as one
