Prepare to be disappointed, if i remember right they get at least 3 episodes that season, one of them being an unbearable Valentines special.

If you only count episodes that feature all 3 of them, then Cutie Pox, Family Appreciation Day, Hearts and Hooves Day, and Ponyville Confidential.
There are others that only focus one one or two of them, though (None of which are Scootaloo episodes, don't get your hopes up).
