I have a feeling Dragonic Knight will drop in value once any of Saber's upgrade forms are confirmed. I definitely see all of Saber's forms upgrade forms eventually getting confirmed as well as Tategami for Blades but I unfortunately see King Lion getting skipped.

I'm okay with them prioritizing doing the SOL riders and hopefully when they confirm Durendai they'll announce Primitive Dragon atleast.

If I may whine a bit: that Jaou dragon cape is horrendous! Heavy, not very pose-able, and if anything touches the back of it, it will fuse to the darn thing. I put that guy away after having it in a display for a while because it kept falling over and taking everything out. I can understand why nobody would want that thing on the secondary market. I sorely regret skipping out on the shf upgrade cape for that figure.

Also while we are talking about figuarts from Saber and people not wanting things, didn?t they show off the bike from Saber too? I, uh, well, let me just say I would save some money if they ever released that officially.

Just to throw in a positive note, that Espada figure looks absolutely stunning. Love that color combination.

Lol true I only displayed my Jaou Dragon figuart for a bit because the cape was too limiting despite the softer plastic they've been using over the hard plastic sectional capes like Taddle Legacy. I don't see any value in sectional capes at all because they still hinder certain poses.

Yeah I ignored shfupgrade's cloth cape too as well as the cape for Espada and regret it.

I believe FullCartToys still has some available and might buy it.

I... don't get the doubt for Elemental Primitive Dragon. For King Lion Daisenki? Yea, fair enough, that was never really used all that much. But Elemental Primitive Dragon is the Super Form for Saber before Xross Saber. And we've gotten like, almost every Super Form. In backwards series order, we've gotten:

- Revice
- Zero-One MetalCluster Hopper (though I'm not entirely sure if I should include this in this list, considering how Zero-One is just pumping out SHF after SHF)
- Zi-O II
- Build RabbitRabbit and Build TankTank
- Ex-Aid Maximum Gamer Level 99 (this and Genm God Maximum Gamer Level Billion seemed like the biggest longshots at the time)
- Ghost Grateful Damashii
- Drive Type Formula
- Gaim Kachidoki Arms

Gonna stop there now 'cuz before Gaim it was more or less a given that a lot of forms and Riders would get SHFs, and it was only really around Ghost where they stopped being a guaranteed.

Like why the doubt specifically for Elemental Primitive Dragon? It fills up a similar role to Build RabbitRabbit/TankTank to Build RabbitTank Hazard, in being an upgrade to the Berserk Form in order to control it. Is it because we haven't gotten a prototype for it yet? Or because Saber isn't nearly as popular like Build or Zero-One? It's just kind of confusing me.

Mostly because they're cutting down on how many Figuarts they're producing a year -- if you look at this year, it's an average of 2 Preban Figuarts a month; compared to last year being at about 3 (not counting event-exclusive figures). Revice also seems very content to have skipped over Barid and Volcano. Saber also, as said... isn't exactly as popular as 01 and Build. To be honest, the only reason I think we're definitely getting Primitive is because it's been shown just that much at multiple events now.

I don't think Elemental is definitely deconfirmed or anything, but I could easily see it being dropped. It's a 50/50 thing to me, y'know? I'm just saying that it's less likely than the actual Final Forms

You know what, that's fair. I didn't really take into account the actual release average of P-Bandai SHFs, so that's on me for not thinking of it. Still feel like it's an unnecessary point to make about Saber's lesser popularity compared to Zero-One and Build, but whatever.

Personally I think Elemental Primitive Dragon has a better chance than that, since it's just a straightforward retool of Primitive Dragon, and Xross Saber would be a very intricate paintjob to do, so I'd think we'd see it come out before that at least.

Oh trust me, I don't mean it in a negative way! As a Showa fan - and particularly one of Tackle - I can tell you exactly how painful it is to admit. And as a fan of Aqua, and ZAIA, and Kabuki...

But it is just a fact that the more popular series will obviously get better treatment; as seen by 01 getting loads of figures and Build even getting Ninnincomic. I'm not even saying Saber is unpopular, just that it doesn't reach those heights.

Also, Elemental actually isn't that straightforward a retool of Primitive! There's certainly parts it shares in common; but the only ones that would go completely unmodified are the lower legs and forearms (and the Swordriver/Rekka). Slightly less work for sure, but not that significant

I really hope that Durandal comes out soon since it would suck that the Sword of Logos swordsmen lineup will be incomplete without him. Falchion would be another choice just to round out all the swords.

For Geats SHF, I'm pretty sure it will be Magnum/Boost as Geats' base form and Zombie for Buffa. But what form will it be for Tycoon and Nago? I hope they don't just get that Arrow and Hammer forms as their main base form since those are way too simple.

Toy leaks have shown that Tycoon and Nago will be getting their 'actual' base forms relatively soon

my Jeanne arrived today & i think Valkyrie still the best female rider figuarts. Hoping Sabela will live up to my expectations, cant wait to see what figuarts Nago & Seihou Femme will looks like in the future

Kivala is great but I have to dock points for the waist wing things and her heels making balancing/posing an exercise in frustration.

Similarly, Marika is also a great one but her skirt impedes forward leg movement too much for my liking.

Yeah, it's the original SHF with basically a different paintjob.

Surprised they didn't go with maybe the Seihou in brighter comic colors but I assume using the SHF is both cheaper to produce and lets them offer it at a slightly cheaper price that other exclusives as a potential window to US fans who either are aware of Ultraman thanks to TsuPro's marketing or read the comics and think it looks cool.

Wow, as a huge Hibiki fan it's super cool to see this coming out. It looks really well done too, at least from the pictures.

I still find it funny that all of the main Riders from Hibiki got a Seihou release somehow given how unpopular Hibiki was when it aired.

Yeah, basically. They're filling the gaps -- of all the main Heisei Riders, the only ones whose bikes SHF never released were Hibiki and OOO (and multiple events have shown a Seihou Ridevendor so that's probably coming at some point). If in like 3 years we don't have Diago Speedy I expect they'll do that as well

I keep forgetting there hasn't been no version of Ride Vendor done yet in figuarts which is confusing why they haven't released the seihou prototype yet. OOO'S bike is one of my favorite designs

For those that have figuarts 01 shining hopper, are the hip joints loose/wiggly on your copy? I finally opened mine up and I was kind of disappointed that it's not tight like the rising hopper one.

The hip joints on mine are nice. The legs are not wobbly and the ab movement is fine and holds well. Yours having a loose joint might be a bit of bad luck, or I got good luck.

Thanks for the response. I just checked my shining assualt one too and it's equally loose and I thought they are just like that cause they share the same hip parts.

I believe they sometimes over-allocate preorders and then have to chase up extra stock after release. Their business practices unfortunately leave much to be desired.

That sounds like my experience with Nin Nin Games. I don't really order from them anymore.

I checked my shining assault hopper and that figure?s legs definitely have a bit more wobble to them than my shining hopper. I also have the heckrising hopper and the legs are fine on that one. I kind of have it set up in a pose right now so I don?t want to mess with it too much. It?s not to a point where I would call it a defect on mine.

I 100% know that sometimes these figures are a roll of the dice. I got my start in figure collecting with the SH Monsterarts line, so I know literally anything can happen with a figure. Thankfully SH figuarts is better.
