And thanks to shitty hax devices like super healing and so on, he just felt completely disconnected from the Rider stuff. Emotionally and physically, I think there was ONCE when he lost his shit throughout the series and so despite being the Rider with perhaps the most amount of blood on his hands, he is flattest most emotionless Rider of them all, having the side characters largely emote the series for him. It made him come across as unsympathetic, uncaring and I hated him and his shitty show.

If you think Haruto is boring, wait until you see Godai, and at least Haruto took a proactive to monster hunting.
