No teams, no training, just pick some random Pokemon from your PC and fight with what they have.

Just need to establish Level tiers first, say 27-36?

Each bag can increase the EV points as well!
A Small (S) bag increases by 1 point (10 hits to break), a Medium (M) bag increases by 4 (20 hits to break), and a Large (L) bag increases by 12 (50 hits to break)!
There are also other kinds of bags, too! There are 4 bags that can change how a Training Regimen goes, the Swiftness bag lets you move faster for the next regimen, the Big Shot bag makes your shots deal more, the Toughen-Up Bag makes enemy shots take fewer points away, and the Double Up Bag doubles the amount of EVs you get from a successful training regimen! (So completing a Lv 3 Training Regimen will net you a tasty 24 EVs instead of the normal 12).
There's also the Reset bag, that completely resets the EVs of the Pokemon, the Happiness bag, that increases the Pokemon's friendship, and the Team Flare Bag, that cuts in half the amount of hit needed to break open the next bag.
