Metroid Prime

Started playing this game despite getting it for $10 on the eshop in January and from what I've played so far, it's a great game. Everything is so well designed and the first person aspect is very well designed. The atmosphere is great too, having a lot of those realization moments of mechanics early on, similar to what Egoraptor talks about with Mega Man X.

My main gripe though is that A on the Wii mote is attack while B is jump/dodge. Why it is not the other way around, I don't know. And the music is all kinda samey, I can only hear the weird synth, chorus soundtrack for so long before I can't take it.

But I have reached the point I have in every metroid game I've played besides Fusion where I am stuck on figuring out where to go/ how to get to it after regaining all of my basic abilities back.

Brought Mighty Gunbolt for the 3DS earlier today.

So far it's really fun but hard. Beck plays like Mega Man, but his charge is a tackle that hurts him more than his foes most of the time, but it does charge fast and helps him clear gaps. Beck's slide is weird since it's overall inferior to Mega Man's. All in all he's a cool character.

Would ya believe Gunbolt has a really cool game out and I'm just finding out about it? At some point I'm getting a eShop card and trying to find it in the 3DS's poorly laid out shop. It looks like awesome platforming from what little I saw of it online.

I have finally got Ace attorney Dual destinies and I am enjoying this game so much, It has been a while since I have played a phoenix wright game that isn't a fan game.

Fan games aren't back but now I can continue the series story.

Oh yeah. I bought Persona Q yesterday. So far, it's fun. However, the level of XP bugs me. :lol

Still playing Mighty Gunvolt. It's so much fun despite being short and I'll definably be getting both Azure Gunvolt and Mighty No.9.

Geez; Sept 15 seems so far away now.

I so wish I had learned there was a glitch with Halo: MCC's Spartan Ops that flagged them as completed by just loading the level and then quitting so much sooner than I did. Would have made getting the LASO and solo Legendary (50 levels ugh >_<) achievements so freaking easy. But even when I did, I didn't play them right away, because I wanted to finish the campaigns, and of course they've since been patched...

So Spartan Ops. Never did finish them all in Halo 4 originally, so might as well now. Halfway through episode 3.

Man I found Spartan OPs to be highly boring, I thought it was going to be one of the coolest things for Halo 4, the CGI cut scene were great, and getting to know more about the lore after the main campaign was cool, but overall the missions didn't even feel that interactive into the story.

The DC moba Infinite Crisis has been my drug of choice recently. Personally I like it a fair bit more than LoL since o know these characters and the designs of the alternate universe versions are all made and such. All it really needs is a bit of polish to really get it up to that solid moba standard

I've been going through Wind Waker HD. Having lots of fun with it, glad it's my first LoZ game. Looking for Makar to head to the Wind Temple.

Plus I am so PUMPED for Mighty No. 9 later this year!

Went nuts with Steam's Star Wars sale and picked up a few old favorites.

Sank some time into Jedi Academy and KotOR today. Still have to download Battlefront II and Republic Commando...

Turned on Tomodachi Life again. Made Miis of the Magic the Gathering Planeswalkers Chandra, Jace, Garruk, Ajani and Liliana.

Started replaying the Ace attorney games.

Ah, the ace attorney games, some of my favourite set of games. Which one is your favourite game, Mine is Apollo Justice.

Mine is tied between Apollo and PLVSPWAA.

Yeah the crossover game was also a good one, I do like that one but I havenlt finished that one yet although I really should.

Who is your favourite ace attorney character, mine will always be Phoenix.

Been playing Chroma Squad since it's release and am loving the hell out of it. So much fun!

I put in Mario Kart Wii for the first time in years and cried a little when i realized i had to unlock everything from the beginning.

Been playing fir embelm awakening which was going well until lissa died in chapter 2 and I was fine and tried to push on but then half of my roster died :(

So now I started again without nuzlocke mode.

I'm playing through the third case of the first Ace Attorney game. This is my favorite case in the first game.

Scribblenauts Unmasked and Mortal Kombat X

I'm currently playing Sonic Heroes, and so far it's a mixed bag for me.

Team Rose is actually kinda fun. The levels don't go on for too long and nothing in these stages feel cheap to me. It's a pretty comfortable experience and I actually kinda enjoyed playing the game.

Team Sonic isn't too bad for me until around Rail Canyon/ Bullet Station for me. This is when Stages start getting too long. ( Though I like Frog Forest and Egg Fleet to an extent.) Other than that it's okay.

Team Dark is when I really start disliking the game. These stages are just marathons that aren't fun and can be kinda cheap at times.

Team Chaotix I haven't touched yet but from the videos I've seen of it I don't think I'm going to like it very much :/

Also the Special Stages have some awful controls.

Any reason you like that case the most, most of the time the third cases aren;t the greatest in ace attorney games although this one has great moments from Edgeworth and has one of the better of taking down of the villains in the game.

I am playing Dragonball xenoverse and I will admit that freiza is a fucking hard boss to beat.

Just finished my copy of FE: Awakening (borrowed and beat a friend's version on easy, foolishly then played my own version on hard).

Now a really want anther game where I can control and army and choose who gets descendants to expand my time-jumping crusade. Not likely going to happen, but I can dream (maybe with a bit more detail in the dialogue between family, like a 3-man dinner conversation in camp or something).

He is Frieza, that is basically his job.

True but I am still on the first part of his saga which is what makes me a bit mad.

200cc Mario Kart is terrifying.

Getting into Defiance again. Made a human Machinist named Moune. Did a couple main missions and a couple episode missions and got some good gear. I have Nolan's 'Shooter' assault rifle which has shock damage, and a Machinist's SAW. I like automatic weapons. And because of the episode missions I got Nolan and Irisa's Ark Hunter uniforms.

I took the game where you make your own Sentai, and made a Sentai full of Kamen Riders! lol.

Defiance again. Did another story mission or three, got some nice E-Rep appearance gear. No guns that really did anything for me. The game keeps giving me shotguns, I don't like Shotguns. In this game anyway.

I really want to play more Axiom Verge, but all its walk thoughs are video only and I want a GameFAQS one to have everything under one page.

Too bad the idiots that do the FAQS are too busy arguing and saying walkthoughs are bad for this game to even do ONE FAQS! The game's over a month old by now; there is no excuse for there to be no guides for it.
