Personally I think Calibur and Espada are the best looking suits in the whole show. They look really great even without the context of the show, so if you're a figure collector whos not into Kamen Rider, they are easier pickups. My friends who don't know anything about Kamen Rider also agree that the Espada suit is gorgeous with the gold and white colors and halo visor helmet.
I might be in the minority, but I didn't think Dragonic Knight was all that good looking (even though historically I love the mid-season upgrade suit). Narratively, I think Kento had a pretty compelling arc and if you liked him, getting both his suits is a no-brainer. I thought he had the best fighting style too. |
Weren’t Horobi and Valkyrie pretty much the same for zero one too?
Maybe it’s just the tertiary rider and villain character demand higher prices on the aftermarket. |

Next Prebanlab stream is in a week, December 15th, covering Geats and a new Seihou commercialization. Given what was on display recently, I'd guess Riderman. Or a Kuuga form.

My guess is Riderman due to specific info on him being gone over at Tamashii — similarly I’m expecting Seihou Gokai Red to be announced before the end of the year.
For Geats it’ll either be Tycoon or Buffa but I’m not confident which one it’ll be. Or maybe they’ll throw us the curveball of Boost Magnum |
I can see Boost Magnum being an add-on announcement with whoever they solicit since they can show off the next rider with those parts.

I didn't feel great about the Riderman figure that was previewed a little while back. He looked too big to scale with other Figuarts.
But I might get him still and display him on his own. |

Way to go SHUpgrade I knew they'd eventually figure out the wired posing...such a shame Bandai refuses to do stuff like that cause at this point modern figuarts aren't too far off from Seihou standards in terms of engineering.
I know they hold some stuff back on purpose but I have to ask myself would I really need a seihou of anything from Ex-Aid onwards? The Drive figuarts is perfect or fine to me, Ghost definitely needs improvement, Gaim figuarts look too skinny imo compared to how they look onscreen and the Ex-Aid figuarts share the same engineering that you see in most Seihous such as Kuuga, Agito, Wizard, etc |
It’s hard for me to explain but nothing in mainline SHF comes close to how good Seihous look to me; with perhaps the exception of Revice. I can easily see in my mind how much better Build for instance would look in Seihou. But I also definitely think that that aside nothing Gaim onwards aside from maybe Ghost needs a renewal

Oh for sure, give me the ex-aid or seihou engineering such as the leg articulation and I'm good. The obvious improvements say for Saber be wired cloth and painted or decaled wonder riderbooks. I definitely get what you mean when compared to a Seihou but to me Zero-One and yes Revice too are darn near perfect if we're talking from a 1:1 comparison of the suit and figuart.
For me I'd like to see Gaim and Ghost for sure get the renewal treatment with maybe Zi-O to follow because he looks the worst with that 2.0 leg articulation. Everyone else I'd be ok not feeling the need to replace unless there's new technology Bandai brings out that matches RAH |

I don't know where else to put this, but does anyone know if a company has made a generic all-black leather biker suit with a completely black helmet? That sounds weirdly specific but that outfit has been used in a lot of action shows and movies that I figure someone must have taken a shot

Pretty good chance that towel ends up at Mandarake, right? I know the non-figure Kamen Rider Kuji prizes showed up at Mandarake last year, this year(?), whenever they had it!
I watched a japanese youtube commercial for this and there?s some kind of last one shf prize too. I could not figure out what was unique about it, and my brain cleared out the information regarding which character it was. There is a ?last one? figure, though, and it is unimpressive! Edit: I want the baltan though! |
