They note however that the CLAWs attachments are a separate release on a later date

Some more release details:-

Buffa is 8250 Yen in June 2023. He comes with the Zombie Breaker chainsaw and of course can be parts-swapped with other Geats figures -- so far that'll give you stuff like Zombie Magnum and Geats Zombie Boost.

Riderman is 8800 Yen in June 2023. As shown before he comes with an actual rope arm and a wired muffler, and has all arm attachments from the show and movies -- Power Arm, Rope Arm with Flail, Sickle and Hook; and the Drill Arm from when he rescued V3.

Birth is 8800 Yen in June 2023. Like the original he of course comes with his Birth Buster with a Burst attachment that can go on the top, bottom or front; but he also comes with pose hands replicating Date -- a thumbs up, a pointing "100 million yen" hand, and a cell medal holding hand. His alternate red-eyed head is also a lot more accurate than the original, now having a red glow at the top of the clear head

The CLAWs attachments are only a tease for now, they're to be a separate release later.

This is one of the best months in a while I think; three Preban releases in June instead of two, they're simultaneously doing Tamashii catchup and threw in a really cool surprise, and there's something for everyone from all three eras

Oh, they also teased Tycoon! He's to start accepting pre-orders next month for 8250 Yen.

The fingers on Zombie's left hand are also individually moveable it seems!

Birth is a huge fuck up IMO. You're paying the same price as Riderman and what do you get? All attachments being a separate release sucks, at least one or two should've been in the box. Really feels like scummy DLC-shit here. I wanted Birth badly, Date is among my favorite secondary Riders and the figure looks excellent, but next to Riderman this feels like a rip-off.

I would have preferred one or two attachments in the box, but I prefer that they're separate as a whole so you don't have to pay a lot more money if you're just wanting Birth. His pricepoint is the same as pretty much every other Seihou anyhow, and he's a much more packed release than say V3 or Agito Trinity. If you're getting the CLAWs attachments as well then you're paying the same money as if they were in the box to begin with

Buffa will also come with replacement eye and jaw piece to make it compatible with the entry mode figure

That's very curious to me since I figured the jaws of each form would just be universally applicable to each figure's head. Does this mean Buffa can't use Magnum since he doesn't have a specific jaw for it?

... y'know, come to think of it, Tamashii 2022's demonstration of the form change gimmick only actually showed Geats using it, huh?

Based on that and Buffa's accessories, I think we can assume going forward that this gimmick will be tailored only for Geats himself to access different forms, with everyone else only getting specific parts for their Entry forms. At the very least there seems to be no reason other Riders can't use alternate legs, but right now that just seems to mean Boost.

Well adding the parts to make Buffa's entry form as well as Tycoon I guess justify that 8250 price point and maybe they're factoring in the engineering done to incorporate the parts swapping gimmick...

I get how you feel about the price of Birth and I too thought he would of came with atleast one of the attachments but since he's a renewal I guess he has be placed under that price

These elbows on Riderman, by the way... they're totally different to the OOO-style ones, right? They shouldn't break on me with his arm swap gimmick like Tatoba and Tiga Multi?

Well this was a great day for announcements. All ready to begin furiously refreshing Tokullector for Buffa and Birth. Really don't wanna miss either of them.

That was the impression I got after seeing the Tamashii display. It was even more evident that the form change was only meant for Geats at the time when you notice Buffa?s eye pieces are a totally different shape ( they protrude slightly out ) and Tycoon?s has a different shade of red than Ninja Geets. Entry pieces for Buffa is a nice surprise though, if anything it lets third party makers do molds for the other forms

I think they might want to stay consistent with the past Showa SS releases and just do the simple style elbow joints

Don’t only rely on their twitter account for new figure notifications. Oftentimes stuff will be up on the site for quite a while before they tweet. I saved a tab on my phone with “rider figuarts” as a search on their site and I just check that to see if new stuff pops up.

I've been burned in the past by relying on their Twitter a few times. They NEVER post exclusive Riders going up anymore for some reason. I did the same thing and had a few searches up for "Buffa" and "Birth". And of course they went up during my commute to work like I've also come to expect, but was very glad to see them still around when I got in.

Just out of curiosity, with Yen being so weak against dollars, what is the incentive to order from tokullectibles? Especially when there is no after-sale service, no matter where you order.

If you just buy one figure, the amount is almost the same when you factor in shipping from a Japanese site.

If you buy multiple, and they are released the same month, you loose out on bundled shipping and the extra costs start to add up

So I do not see the incentive either haha

I have not had one, thankfully, but I’m an anxious person anyway.

I can vouch for having issues resolved when using Hobby-Genki in regards to the status of my orders. I think that since we have more people importing items now that a lot of companies take their Customer Service serious...I'm not saying every website is that way and to be wary of who and where you buy from even from American websites or sellers

I mean it's just ease, especially when it comes to exclusives. Yeah, I'm paying what is essentially the figure's base price and shipping rolled into one, but I also get the option to put down a deposit on-top of that. Not all places offer no-money or partial-payment preorders, so financially it's easier for me to work with as opposed to dropping $300+ in one shot on 3 preorders.

I've had nothing but good experience with them, I've gotten immediate responses with questions and even help keeping track of orders. They ship fast, as well. So I'll support where I can. I have my thoughts on some of their pricing, as in terms of things like DX or roleplay toys their upcharges get ridiculous, but so far their Figuarts prices have been reasonable for the most part. They're a business, so they gotta make a profit.

I also just like using that store. Like... Don't really need to question that.

A vast, vast majority of my orders come from Japan. But I like support Tokullectibles when I can and p Bandai Riders are an easy one to do that with.

ThreeZero isn't done with Shin Ultraman quite yet. they just put up their figure of Zoffy for pre-order for $50. If their Shin figure is anything to go by, it'll be very similar to the SHF just with shinier paint.
