FYI Regulus is the brightest star in the Leo constellation so clearly this dude is either the kid or a survivor/student of Leo. And having seen the last UGF I think we can assume for now that he could also be an anomaly like Early Type Belial and Tregear who was fished out by Absolute Tartarus just before his home planet went down the drain.

Based on the trailer, The Destined Crossroads might be even more ridiculous than Absolute Conspiracy which is impressive, but it looks fun. I like Regulus' look, I wonder what the deal with him is.

I think it's cool that Diavolo's showing up in Trigger first.

I really love the design. What's exciting is that we haven't had a L77 Ultra other than Leo and Astra so far since the planet got destroyed and the two brothers are the only survivors that we know of in the official canon. Which is why I think he was pulled out by Absolute Tartarus from his original timeline and bound for whatever reason I'm sure will be told in the show. Man I cannot wait to see that suit in action. :rock:

Is it just me or does Ribut's human form look like Shoma Yamamoto? Shoma Yamamoto as in Taiga/Saga/Dark Kiva from Kiva and Dan from GARO.

I actually really love Triggers new form. The weapon reminds me of Max's super weapon, and the mostly red color scheme gives off a Mebius infinity vibe, though I do wish they kept the purple.

And Ribut gets a human form, too! And we get to see Diavolo early.

If I may point out a correction, the correct name is Glitter Trigger Eternity, and as expected, harnesses the power of all three of Trigger's forms with the Glitter Trigger Eternity key(helluva tongue-twister). And man oh man, Regulus is everything I ever wanted from a new L77 Ultra. Those tribal markings on the arms are cool too. :rock:
So the Nursedessei's new battle mode(the one where it is dragon-shaped) is base off of Nurse from Ultraseven, and it appears to be Marluru's work. Nice use of the whole Alien Metron and Ultraseven lore connection they are doing.

I think we all saw the Nursedessei transformation coming, but the fact that it's based off of Nurse from Ultraseven is neat, though how did I not come up with the connection earlier? I know I've yet to watch Ultraseven, but wow, do I feel dumb.

Regulus looks great, I love how we're getting to see a new L77 Ultra, and with the time shenanigans with the Absolutians, this is a clever way to show that. Based on the name alone, I thought there'd be some connection to Leo, though I thought it would be a Z situation, but I'm happy to have this.

Calling it now, the Dark Giants are going to fuse for the final boss.

Turns out our Ribut human form actor is not Shoma Yamamoto as I thought but the baby brother of Tao Tsuchiya named Shimba Tsuchiya. Tao Tsuchiya was Princess Emerana from the Retsuden series.

Took a while to get around to it, but I really liked the latest episode of Trigger. That shot from inside the miniature house - complete with a TV playing the monster attack that was also going on outside the window - was amazing.

Looks like Grigio started a new trend or something.

Really does look like Mebius Infinity, which I don't mind as someone who loved that form. Still really like what they did for the weapon.

Oh, the gold face that I didn't notice and the body being orange-y/Copper-y instead of red makes me like it a lot more! Nice.

Today I learned that there's a china-exclusive boxset of the UAF figures containing Z Original and Galaxy Rising along with other cool stuff like a medal, beam effects for both, and both Z Risers.

Opening with just a little spat between exes as Carmeara slaps Trigger around and talks wistfully about how much more attractive he was as Trigger Dark. And, admittedly, the Trigger Dark suit looks pretty cool.

Carmeara remarking on the timer made me think to myself that it's never gone off for the other Dark Giants (as far as I can remember) despite them also having huge glowing chest emblems. And apparently when it times out Trigger is left unconscious and the darkness that is buried his light rears its head and transforms him back into Trigger Dark. So is that the reason for his specific timer?

Did anyone really think the Guts Falcon was going to successfully backup Trigger?

So it turns out it's a stable time-loop where Kengo goes back in time to when Yuzare is the only one left fending off the Dark Giants, including Dark Trigger, and his efforts end up redeeming Dark Trigger and he was the original Ultraman Trigger the whole time. Kind of expected Yuzare to be more impactful on Trigger in that respect, but okay.

Yuna's actress does a surprisingly good job playing a more or less different character in Yuzare, and it was nice seeing her not glowy or mysterious.

I have to say that was probably the most effective use of "smile, smile" in the whole series for me.

Dark Trigger was the strong, silent, type even back then. Kind of reminds me of a protagonist from a first person shooter who doesn't talk and just goes along with what his teammates tell him to do. Although I guess you could see that he was still tempted by the Light, but then again, Carmeara...

Well, Akito let it slip in front of Yuna that Kengo is Trigger. Another thing I was expecting would take longer than it did.

Kengo uses the original Sparklence to enter Dark Trigger's headspace and beat the sense into Dark Trigger, and will have to battle him in the modern day with Trigger's new upgrade.

I'm sort of reminded of Ultraman Taiga when Tregear corrupted him, but this was a pretty good episode.

I like how they portrayed Trigger Dark, who even without dialogue, hints to his personality and slight hesitation against the Dark Giants and the Light. I guess Carmilla (Carmearra? I can't pick one) is jealous Trigger dumped her for some Light Side chick.

Once again, time judged all (Sorry, not sorry) and it's a paradox. Kengo is the key, and his Smile, smile schtick works incredibly well here. I'm reminded of how I sometimes thought as a kid, good play Tsuburaya.
