They have a few options:

1) Pack the box with enough optional parts to make the form change gimmick work for Beat
2) Release those optional parts separately
3) Ignore the gimmick for this release
4) Skip Nago entirely

My money would be on option #3, if I were a betting man.

My guess would be we get at least a stand alone Beat Nago, and maybe down the line a Beat Geats in the same vein as the Boost-Magnum Geats if that ever gets released

Most of those seem unlikely. It's either they're gonna skip the gimmick or just give her the same mold as everyone else imo, and most likely the latter

I highly doubt they're gonna put Nago on the male body mold, Bandai aren't that lazy. And it's especially hard to say that when we just got Zero-Two Izu.

When it comes to female and male form uses, I can easily see them do an add-on set or a second Nago release in entry form that comes with female body versions of Boost and a male version of Beat. It's not like they haven't packed in accessories for other releases before.

I don't see why they wouldn't, though. The Geats mold is hardly hyper-masculine and the designs/suits aren't that different. It just makes the most sense with how they're committing to the gimmick

An unlikely extra option, but

5) Make a two pack with Na-Go Beat form, and Geats Beat Form

It could work! I don?t know if SHF Kamen Rider has the same issue that other toylines have where the female characters don?t sell well, but adding in a Geats could fix that. Or it could trick an executive into thinking it would fix that!

The Crow figure from mezco comes with a pleather jacket. I modeled it on the SS Old Kamen Rider 1 SHF. It has a wire in the bottom of the jacket. Just be warned, they cut some holes in the back, but it?s in the back, and probably not noticeable.

If you go to ebay, you might be able to find a jacket on sale just by itself if you don?t want to get the (awesome) mezco crow figure. I saw one just now for $19

I think we can safely assume Nago will be Made-to-Order at PB. We might never know the final sales numbers, but it's reasonable to think Tamashii sees a decent return on the investment for new tooling since we keep getting female figures released

Of course it's going to come with an Autovajin, and it makes at least some sense, but man am I sick of figures not including their accessories. Especially in Seihou this feels insulting.

... oh my god I didn't even realise. That's especially weird because they generally don't do that with Seihou?? At least not to this extent; the only other examples that comes to mind are purple-eyed taka being bundled with Ratoratah and Kiva Emperor coming with Future Kiva's Kivat; both of which are obviously nowhere near as important as the Faiz Edge. This is a pretty bad precedent being set if that accessory count is complete

Might be time for me to set a precedent as well and pass on this release, I really don't feel like supporting this.

But maybe the picture is incomplete, I find it weird that there is no closed phone or camera without the Mission Memory. Something is missing there for sure.

The Ultraman seihous cost less despite having 3 seperate actors for all current releases.

Faiz not coming with his sword is crazy for a Seihou release, but regardless, I've been waiting for this guy for a very long time so it won't deter me. I can always pick up the inevitable Auto-Vajin release or just give him the sword from the old figuart

I'm hoping we at least get Kaixa and Delta too. Wouldn't be surprised if Kaixa gets an announcement on Kaixa Day this year

They're definitely doing the other four in-show suits; Faiz is a very popular show! I'm wondering whether or not they'll do the two movie riders...

Accel and Blaster are easy P-Bandai fodder. Kaixa and Delta will definitely get releases but more than likely P-Bandai as well. Maybe Kaixa won't cause he's THAT popular. My real question is whether Team Rider will finally add Seihous to the US P-Bandai store.

The movie riders are much more in the air. I think the only movie exclusive Seihous so far are Skull and Eternal, right?

Are those soft plastic parts on Gokai Red? (the collar and shirt tails)

I was wondering something like this too. Just looking at the arms crossed like that on the figure made me think Gokai Red had a soft body like Tiga Multitype. But surely they learned their lesson after that one, right?

Also I am glad we got Faiz and I am hyped to get my boy Kaixa. What a weird, creepy freak! What a weird, freaky creep! We need the best quality figure possible of him!

Personally I never cared for the shields, so fine by me if they?re omitted. But I think the sword and the strike vent are a must. I don?t really see how they can improve on the Dragredder, so no need to lock those weapons with that set

Huge bummer if the Faiz Edge isn?t included. I can see Tamashii try to explain ? well actually?edge was only available to Faiz through the bike? I would be on the fence about picking up the bike, at the very least I hope it comes jam packed like the Kiva bike set

Finally Gokai Red has been confirmed but yikes at that price...there must be some hidden engineering we haven't seen yet like the ability to attach the ranger key to the gokai Saber or gun to do a true final wave?

Faiz looks even more great after seeing better photos but bummed as you guys said if he indeed will be missing his sword

As for Gokai Red, I just drank a bunch of coffee and I’m freaking wired now. What if they did an accessory set like they did for birth, but gave Gokai Red his 10 years later armor?! Could be cool! I also do not understand the mysterious extra cost. It does look like he has a pretty comprehensive set of accessories though. Gun, sword, ranger keys, etc.

If they don't include the "Faiz Sounder" as an accessory they might as well not release the figure at all.

Do you have Sakurajima version? If not, how much do you regret not having it? Would you still like this one if it was not insanely expensive? That might be a good way to approach thinking about this one.

Mandarake usually has it for 20k-24k yen. Might be a cheaper option for you.

My two cents are that the figure is beautiful and looks really great on the shelf with the other Showa Riders. But also if you are satisfied with another Rider 1 SHF, then this might not be necessary.

It's my favourite figure I own, but I could only recommend it if you love Original Colours #1 as much as I do or if you have that much disposable income

He doesn't. You can tell due to Gokai Red having the traditional diaphragm joint.

Considering said gaps are where the upper arms would be and are most likely on ball joints, it's more than likely just easy to move around to cover it up a bit more.

Also I just remembered that technically the weakness of the yen would put Gokai Red in the $70s, so it's not as bad for us as I assumed. US-wise at least.

Ugh after Tiga I thought they would stop using soft plastic as major parts but as long as it's not a part that bends a whole lot.

Soft plastic is not the issue I'd say, they use that kind of plastic on many things today. Like Jeanne's ponytail piece, Vice's tail or the body on Seihou OG Ultraman. This stuff is fine, feels pretty nice in-hand too. Just the right amount of give and flex. Especially on Ultraman it adds a lot to the feel IMO, don't know how to describe it properly, it feels more like a real suit in my hand and not a hard plastic figure.

Tiga and Black used rubber IIRC, that's a whole different story.

Speaking of the rubber (and other issues) with Tiga and Black, I gather that they actually acknowledged the problem, and did things differently with Tiga power type. Any chance they'd consider re-doing multi type?
That's the form I want the most, and suspect most people would want, but have skipped over it due to all the problems reported.
There's supposed to be sky type coming, right? Maybe they could leverage that to take another crack at multi?
