Quiet around here lately! Summer vacations?

Goranger has been a wonderful series so far. Really enjoying the subs. Any other series I should try and pick up next? continue going in chronological order? skip to the new stuff?

Hope everyone is doing well out there and hope to hear more from yall soon. :thumb:

GoRanger is still being subbed? I thought the group stopped at like 23.

That'd make JAKQ next in line, but we've only finished three episodes so far. So if that's fine with you, I'd say go for it. I've been liking it. ^-^


Depends on what you mean by 'new', I think. If you mean Ninninger, I personally don't think it's good...

I would wholeheartedly suggest Jetman or DaiRanger, though. Perhaps Sun Vulcan if you fancy the vintage stuff. DekaRanger as well, but I'd recommend for you to wait for Over-Time's subs on that particular series.

Bad Apple stopped awhile ago, yes, but Rampage has kept going. Episode 43 should be ready sooner or later. (:

Another one that might be worth your while is Go-Busters. It's modern, but some people don't like it because it got retooled to become more generic. I hope that you enjoy my recommendations, in any case. ^^

I also enjoyed Go-Busters, and it has quite possibly one of my favourite recent villains.

Angel's other recommendations are spot-on, though I'd definitely add Shinkenger to that list, one of the best post-2000 shows.

I'm gonna put it out there: I liked Maskman. YMMV.

Dairanger is being released on DVD in Nov, so I say he should just wait for that. Pick up the Zyuranger DVD set though and watch that right now. However, if you want to go in order, you can't really go wrong watching Jetman-Time in order. Or rather, Jetman-Gingaman since GoGoV and Timeranger are not even close to being fully subbed and probably won't for several more years. Hell, we could have subtitled DVDs of those series before the fansubs get even halfway through the series.

Rampage? I thought the group was called Delta?

Shinkenger was pretty interesting, as well. I've heard good things about Maskman, but haven't been able to get to it yet. :( Listen to Nemet!



There's a technical issue holding Time back so I agree, but I wouldn't be surprised if GoGo V is finished by next summer or so. Maybe even before that. Muh boyz down at Imagination Station are diligent, y'know. :P

But yeah, GoGoV is up to 33 in terms of translation. First batch should be out... maybe around the end of September depending on if everyone in the group can do their stuff without irl stuff happening. No promises though.

I must be in the dark about something because Hinotori hasn't released anything from GoGoV beyond episode 15, which was more than a year ago.

As for Timeranger, it wasn't even mentioned in Overtime's recent updates and I don't know the last time Nihon subbed an episode.
