I'm not building anything :lol I am waiting for a friend to send me one of the old 1/100 HGs he said he got me though.

Being the odd man out in that I'm still painting my Kyoryujin while working on the Nova Gundam here and there. :lol

Might build the HGCE Aile Strike soon though as I got the parts to make it into the Strike Plus from the BF Amazing Manga.

Well I always wanted both Fenice, so when I saw them at B&N I said why the heck why not, and Deathscythe was super cheap so I said why the heck not today as well.

What I really wanted if they had in store would be the Bf Exia's or the Crossbones, but they only carried all the BF Master Grade ktis, as well as Build Strike, Fenice's, and Sengoku Astray from the Build Fighter series.

And I still have yet to buy a single damn Gundam kit. :(

I want a Exia kit, like gosh darn do I really want one for some reason... I feel like Exia is one of those gundam that you just gotta have in your collection doesn't matter what grade or scale as long as you have one :lol

I'd recommend the Repair II HG. The RG's not very sturdy, even for an RG kit.

I saw a rinesceta at the Tysons corner B&N but the box was torn open :(

For the last time, I ordered a 00 not an Exia!!!

Shame about the lack of sabers though.

There are kits with extra sabers. HGAC Wing and RG Destiny immediately come to mind, porbably because of how recently I've built them. Even then, it's not really an issue to me since I don't ever have all my kits using every beam saber at once, so I always have a couple loose blades kicking around.

Yeah the Gundam AGE 1 Normal comes with a ton of extra beams too.

So I'm in the process of building Deathcythe, and I'm almost done, and... These older kits are way to easy for me it's kinda unsatisfying in a way. Though it is pretty neat how they did these kits with older technology.

But the BF Kits and up you can easily tell they're more advance in a few ways.

Oh and I hate these older foil stickers, they are annoying, I'm not even going to apply any stickers to my Deathscythe aside from his eyes.

I know, not a deal breaker.

Well, the thing has been out for a while, hopefully they'll get redone eventually.

Except for the fact that one of them has big-ass white GN Drives on the shoulders and the other has a big-ass sword strapped to it's arm.

I would definitely buy at least death scythe. Also considering getting the new wing zero since the original was my very first kit

Like I said about a page back, I'd love to see redone HGs of Heavy Arms and Deathscythe.

I would buy a HGAC Deathscythe in a heartbeat.

If it's one thing that AGE Does right it's the high grades. They really are fantastic.

All of them look really sweet, shame the show didn't do better, I would have loved to see more variations getting releases.

AGE is kind of a mess yeah, I thought it was alright.

It has an okay starting point, a strong second act but kinda falls apart when a certain Kira Yamato wannabe steps into the picture, ugh.

But I've already gone into length on more than on occasion as to why I hate Kio so I'll leave it at that.

The sad part is how I like his MSes way more, even though the AGE 3 was kind of throw away.

So is sengoku astray any good?

It needs a good bit of paint, esp. on the shield.

AGE-3 was sadly underused, but all the forms are really cool, in particular fortress.

Finished Deathscythe... And well... He's cool in looks, but with him being a older kit, he's not as super posable as I want him to be, and oh gawd I dislike the yellow beam saber, totally killed my buzzed when I opened him up, all in all he's a cool kit for display.

Also I think it's pretty werid that you need to make another torse piece to get him holding his scythe with both of his hands.

All of the EW HG's did that. That way it's easier to pull off action poses.

It looks pretty awesome for such an old kit, didn't realize the Wing kits looked that good.

Well time for me to build my Build Strike before heading to bed.

So I just discovered that there's a Char-themed Gamecube. Kind of want, but way out of my price range.

So my mom just walked in while I was building an HG and marveled at how small the arios' head is.

My parents came in to my room as I was building Fenice Rinascita, and my dad was pretty amazed on the enginering of the model kit, and my Mom commented how she would just break the runners :lol

On that note, I finished Build Strike, I haven't started on his backpack or weapons yet, but the main build is so awesome. He's like the second best kit I've build with Build Burning being on top, it's like they took Build Strike and made it 10x better on the Build Burning.

I really enjoy this BF kit and it's one of my favorite as of now. I will say they're a lot more sticker applying involved which I was not expecting, but all in all a great build so far.
