Didn't they just revisit this a couple of times now? Axis-Stark with the White Suit and being part of the Illuminati. The Secret Wars tie-in.

Hell, new-Stark has been behaving himself, and Falcon isn't really doing that badly right now. What the hell is there to fight over?

If anything, the Mutants should be at the Inhumans' throats right now, for stealing Uncanny from them and the whole poisoning their species and sterilizing them, after they just got that shit fixed a few years back.

Pretty hilarious considering Marvel already scared DC so shitless that they moved the release date of BVS up from the same day as Civil War. Obviously a streaming TV show won't be nearly the same kind of competition but it's great to see Marvel flip them the bird :lol

It's a brilliant move lol. If people are spending all weekend watching Daredevil, no one will leave thier house to go see Batman v Superman in theaters.

I'm glad Daredevil season 2 is coming sooner than I expected. I loved season 1, so I have some high expectations.

I can't believe people want Deadpool to be PG-13. We are lucky to get a R rated movie based on a Marvel comic book character. The last R rated Marvel film we got was Punisher: War Zone like almost 8 years ago.

Deadpool is a R rated character. His character should not be tone down to be PG-13 friendly like what happen with Ghost Rider and Spawn. Movie studios always go for PG-13 because it's a rating that people can take seriously and it can make the most money.

I'm no expert, but I think it's because Deadpool is notoriously violent and 'adult' as it were, that they could only make a truly 'Deadpoolish' movie if it was purely for adults.

Plus, PG-13 remakes of films (eg: Robocop, Genysis)) tended to do badly because they were seen as being too tame for the hardcore violence crowd. Again, beloved R rating.

The first AVP movie and the first Mortal Kombat also tone down the movie to be PG-13 too. If it's something is R rated then the adaption should be R rated too.

He's on Disney his character's already been toned down.

We had cartoon versions of Punisher, Blade and Lobo. And when they made a more toned down Punisher movie everyone disliked it. But they also disliked the Hardcore take a few years later :lol

I think its a good decision to have Deadpool be rated R. But I just want a good movie come out of this. If its shit no rating in the world will ever make up for this.

The late 80's Punisher movie was PG-13. Fans hated that movie for being too tame. I remember people like the 2004 film and we got Punisher: War Zone which everyone hated.

The original cut was rated R then got toned down to be PG-13 then the original cut was re-released as the Director's Cut.

And frankly the original comics were awful to begin with so they could only go up from there no matter what they did in my opinion.

True. The second AVP movie proves that a R rating does not make it better. With Deadpool, I have high hopes for it. After First Class and Days of Future Past, they are able to take the X-Men franchise series again. Even if the movie is bad, I hope can enjoyment out of it.

If the movie is rated R then they'll l have less limits to the character and movie. If it's PG-13, then there will be a larger audience since children will be more likely to see it. There's pros and cons to the ratings for both sides.
