I'm not sure honestly and don't know which came out first at the time because I wasn't aware of either brand at the time and I'm fully aware not every Ryuki Rider figuart had their contract beast included or even released.

My connection to Ryuki and buying that figuart when I came upon it was because of just having seen Kamen Rider Dragon Knight at the time and also my first experience of seeing a figuart in person.

In online forums in the early 2010's I use to always see people post pics of Decade figuarts but I didn't know that was what the line was called or would forget

Figma's KRDK releases were nice once I had found out about them too but seeing figuarts include everything I had seen Ryuki have or use accessories wise had my attention more

I still own the Ryuki, Knight, Odin, Zolda, Femme, and Survive figuarts as well as the survive versions of Dragranzer and Darkwing and find it to let them go because despite their age starting to show they were and still are some well designed and thought out releases

I am perfectly fine buying a renewal Dragranzer as a seperate release if it means we still get the accessories like the 1.0 had because they're kind of essential imo and me personally would like to the Riders I listed above in addition to Ryuga and Ouija get the seihou treatment.

I really enjoy it as is, truly, I have no regrets. But I have seen some customs over the last week, people making a fitting coat, soft goods muffler and actual hair (!) for this figure and the outcome is insane. As if someone took a shrink-ray to the real thing.

Makes me kind of glad it isn't this realistic, I kind of prefer it with a bit more - I don't know, toy-look? :lol

I will wait on a reissue of the Figuarts though; I've become quite attached to Alien Baltan and don't want to settle for anything but the SHF now. I'm patient, I will get it eventually.

I'm actually waiting to see when a new soft goods coat and scarf become readily available from a 3rd party because as much as I really like Shin KR, his coat just doesn't feel right. It looks a bit too oversized, so it comes off like a kid wearing adult clothing to me.

That and the scarf is totally needed for more kinetic posing.

The soft goods are really good, but the hair is the extra touch that makes it almost creepy :lol

All this time I have wanted a seihou of Kaoru Ichijo with real human hair, but this custom figure has convinced me it would be creepy.

I got my Shin Kamen Rider in, and I put that faux leather jacket from the Mezco Crow figure on him. He looks pretty cool. I know it?s not screen accurate, but it looks better than the included jacket, imo.

I think the insurmountable problem for the included jacket are the gigantic cuff holes on the jacket at the end of the sleeve. If the cuff holes were more narrow, it would not look like he was wearing his dad?s jacket.

The sloped shoulders on the figure and the big torso kind of remind me of Mike Mignola?s art.

Not sure if any of you saw my post in the March recent purchases, but I ended up grabbing Shin Kamen Rider, Shin Ultraman, and Shin Gojira while in Japan. In fact, Kamen Rider and the new Shin Gojira released the day I went to Akihabara, I think, so I saw them everywhere. It made it hard to resist :lol

Shinkocchou Seihou Kabuto 2.0 would be very welcome, given that successive releases have done a better job. He just looks a little off compared to the rest of the line.

Huh, certainly didn't see that coming. Was expecting a different series, but from what I've seen, the Kabuto SS SHFs do need an update, since every successive SS SHF release had blown it out of the water now.

Should this be real (kinda doubt it is) the catch is probably that it incorporates Masked Form.

I got Ultra Seven, but decided against ordering Eleking or King Joe. They look so good, but I have no room for them.

In King Joe's defense (and to add peer pressure lol) he's at least nowhere near as big and bulky as Eleking or Gomora since he's more humanoid, so he doesn't take up much space compared to other Ultra Kaiju.

That was on the pro-side of my internal debate, alongside "it's a robot so just put it with the other robot figures", but contra had the better argument: "You will never stop at one".

If it's the belt design that is making you assume certain things, then no. This is not a known Rider-character; he was specifically created for Shin Kamen Rider. The design may be inspired by a certain other Showa Rider in some ways, but they are not related.

There's something cool about this guy though, but that really is a spoiler so I'll tag it: This is the protagonist of the Shin Kamen Rider prequel manga.

Anyways - figure looks dumb. That design absolutely did not translate well at all, damn. Don't care about an unmasked Takeshi Hongo headsculpt either, no matter how they release it, I will never use it. Give me the Spider Augment, having seen most of the designs form Shin Kamen Rider at this point that's my biggest want.

The neck looks very weird and too tall. I'm thinking they just added the unmasked head on top of the first body. They should've made a new piece. It's a bit of a deal breaker for me

Technically they're not. No.0 is still a Rider, and might be one of the reasons even he's seeing release.

The unhelmeted Shin Kamen Rider head actually looks pretty good. Its making me want it over the FRS figure at least. That, and it looks like we got a scale Rika to match.

I feel like I might this be the unpopular opinion, but I'm not really a fan of the exposed 'human hair' of the suits. Like I get it, it makes sense, but like, it doesn't really appeal to me personally.

Different topic, but I also just watched clips of the second KR Outsiders episode, and I just really, really hope we'll get a KR Desast SHF (and regular Desast, but it's been so long since we've gotten a KR monster SHF), and the rest of the KR Saber Riders/forms. I KNOW YOU'VE AT LEAST GOTTEN DURENDAL DONE, BANDAI, NOW RELEASE HIM.
