And yea, the Saber side of things has been really, really quiet. I wouldn't imagine Black Sun taking up a lot of focus, though, since I'm pretty sure that they're releasing the main SHFs for it (Black Sun, Shadow Moon, and the Battle Hopper), and I can't imagine them doing anything else from that. Shin Kamen Rider makes sense, though, which I expected, too. And Geats is probably also taking priority as well.

Still, I really, really hope we'll get some Saber SHFs again soon. Also for fuck's sake, give us RampageVulcan already.

They would have to remold his armor for the bolts, that might be quite substential, I was just joking that we would get what I assume to be the least desirable suit from that spin-off.

They have prototypes for civilian Kotaro and Nobuhiko IIRC? That's two more PB releases if they decide to put them up for pre-order.

In retrospect, starting to regret not getting their Ex-Aid Muteki Gamer version, mostly because it was really pricey IMO.

The upgrade is honestly worth it for both of them.

It completely eliminates the stiffness of the figure from the original hair pieces and lets them function as they should while also allowing for more dynamic-looking poses in any direction rather than just "hair flowing to their right".

I agree, I own the v1 of the muteki hair which was a definte upgrade over the hard molded plastic hairs that was prone to break when trying to attach or take them out in some people experience. I ordered the v2 of the muteki hair too because the poseable hair was what we wanted from the start and while expensive it definitely brings the needed value as seen in rabbitman's photos

The "Prebanlab-Z" streams are now titled "Figuarts TV" and will air every third Thursday of the month.

Next one is April 20th and will cover something Kamen Rider and something Ultraman.

SHF Upgrade Flexible Muteki Hair V2...looks so great but I feel it's good to have both versions. V1 can be used for more stationary poses but still flexible to move the head around and v2 for the obvious reasons of getting better poses with the hair

So for the Bandai figuarts 15th anniversary poll the final three choices for the Kamen Rider rerelease is Drive Type Tridoron, Horobi, and Cross-Z Dragon.

Ah Horobi makes a lot of sense. That figure was going for big bucks on the aftermarket, even with that weird clear version they were doing that lottery for.

I wonder how the SHF Shin Kamen Rider jacket looks on the FRS figure. The FRS is bigger and might fill it out better.

And for anyone curious, the Ultraman re-release options are Ace, Tregear and Zero Beyond.

LAME, where's my Titas reissue!? I missed out on getting him, and he is WAY too expensive in the aftermarket whenever I check Mandarake and the like.

I'm this close to biting on Horobi to finish my Zero-One lineup, so maybe I'll wait and see if he gets the rerelease.

I like to think Tregear making it to the final three is some kind of protest vote. “This is where Titas would go, IF I COULD VOTE FOR ONE!” To paraphrase fairly odd parents.

I wanna say Titas was listed, but Tregear also makes a lot of sense since he's up there with Belial as a really popular villain who is also not easy to find for affordable prices. Cheaper than Titas, but still pricy.

I'm actually really glad Tregear made it to top three since I actually would love to own him. I love his design and I always love the whole "Evil member of a just race" angle. It's why I really like Belial.

In the end watch Zero Beyond get picked.

Oh yeah, Tregear is a great pick. I am surprised Titas did not get picked, I just assumed he was not on there.

I have the Galaxy Glitter Ultraman Zero, which is the same mold as Zero Beyond, and I hate to be negative, but I hate that figure. The legs are too short, and the arms seem to revert back to a fixed position when I try to get it in certain poses. I just have a lot of little complaints. The only other SHF I could say I “hate” is the Anime Taro figure. So, uh, I hope Zero Beyond does not win.

I hope Tregear wins, so more people can get him if they want him.

@Topic: I thought I was done with Geats, but man, the LaserBoost-suit is really growing on me. Should they put a Figuarts-version of that up for pre-order soon I'd be very tempted to get it.

IIRC those models have been available for some time now, these are just 50th anniversary rereleases. I know Battle Hopper for sure has existed for a few years.

Also unfortunately these are more like true model kits, meaning they need paint and glue, they're not like Bandai's own kits that have lots of parts separation. All
the stripes and paint details like theme are either decals/water slides or just need to be painted by the builder.

Still hoping Bandai puts more bikes in the FRS line. The Trychaser turned out so freaking good. I thought for sure they'd do Battle Hopper or even the Beat Chaser.

Anyone else have SS W CJX? (love using acronyms) Is the right bicep supposed to have detents? The left bicep is normal but the right clicks every 45 degrees.

Yeah I know others who noticed the same thing. For some reason, that's just how the bicep was designed. Not totally sure why since it's not like either the Prism Bicker or sword aren't really that big or seem heavy to hold up to warrant it. Especially on just one of the biceps.

Yeah, if anything it should be the left arm for holding the sword in the shield. The sword is the lightest accessory, lighter than Accel's, the broad detent seems unnecessarily restrictive.

Also I cannot innumerate how perfect the clear plastic inserts are. The reflective material beneath them is so good and far better than mere clear over silver. I almost thought it was some kind of metal. The shield is also perfectly painted with the proper reflectivity.

I really hope Accel Trial gets made.
