Titanium & Phantom of course because this is literally their only chance ever to be made as keys. As Kickback said VRV Master isn't even considered an Extra Hero in Japan so he wasn't involved in Gokaiger, so no Ranger Key. And as a US only ranger Titanium certainly doesn't have one. These guys will only stand a chance in this competition so I'll campaign for them before anyone else.

It's a tough choice for me. On the one hand, we probably aren't going to see a Wolf Ranger Key otherwise.

On the other, the only JF in that matchup that holds any meaning for me is "Jason Faunt".

It'd be nice if there were keys for evil rangers. I'd totally get Psycho Ranger Keys and A Squad ranger keys.
